Cuts down on annoying wait times and means NCOs can act more independently. I think SFC is a good rank cause would a minge really stick around for like 2 weeks just to add a bunch of people to a battalion? RDMing and screaming the n-word are already 99% of minge cases, I doubt they'd even know about this power in the first place 1 The most fuckable person on Synergy Star Wars RP!

There’s too much focus on quota here when honestly making things not require staff is a net positive. That allows staff to focus on far more important things compared to something as trivial as a whitelist ticket. +1 for WO+ being able to whitelist for their battalion trooper job. Think it may need to be a bit higher for anything more than that tho.
