At the time of my resignation, I was transferring from active duty military back to civilian life while trying to juggle and manage a full-time job and apply for other agencies for employment. At this point in my life, I was barely able to meet my time requirements as Delta 07 Sev, and due to working late at night, I wasn't able to reach my quota as an admin most weeks or attend meetings. I was aware I could not fulfill my obligations as an Admin so I resigned in good faith to one day return when my life became stable enough to do so. Why do you want to rejoin the staff team? (3 sentence minimum): I wish to rejoin the staff team because at this point in my life, I now have a stable job where I work early mornings and have nights and weekends off so I will be able to fulfill my obligations and duties as an admin to the synergy community. If I am given the chance to prove myself again as an admin I know confidently I can bring vast amounts of RP and well-coordinated and executed events and deployments to the synergy community as well as uphold and enforce the rules that make the synergy community great. I wish to one day become a prominent member of synergy and to do so I feel it is best to know how to handle and run the server from the admin point of view and assist in any way possible to make the server better for all to enjoy. How do you feel your previous time as a staff member went? (3 sentence minimum): I feel my previous term as an admin went exceptionally well! With the guidance and mentorship of my SA and VA counterparts, I was able to meticulously craft and execute a multitude of Events for the server as well as assist in helping SOBDE develop new sims for training. All staff members at that time were mostly professional and helped one another in curating events and deployments. I truly do love synergy as a whole so being an admin allowed me to help others learn and grow while being able to add amazing Rp value to the server!
