Swap HVY Officer model with HVO Instructor

Suggestion: Swap the HVY officer model and the HVO Instructor model. This would allow both jobs to have multiple options for models styles: OG Battlefront 2 with the grey flap thingys, and Battlefront 2018 with the plain helmet and visor. The base heavy and officer HVO models would stay where they currently are.

TL;DR: Put the heavy officer model on the HVO job, and put the base HVO model on the heavy job

Implementation: Swap what jobs models/synergy_roleplay/[battalion]/officer_heavy/officer_heavy.mdl and models/synergy_roleplay/[battalion]/instructor/instructor.mdl. are attached to

Why would Heavy Officers not look like Heavys and why would HVO look like Heavys... this makes no sense.
