Why do you want to rejoin the staff team? (3 sentence minimum): I want to help out the server in the only way I really know how, by taking tickets and generally being helpful. The vast majority of the server take notice when a staff member is doing well from their perspective and I want to help out the server on a more impactful way. I also want to help out my regiment with all the things that are required. How do you feel your previous time as a staff member went? (3 sentence minimum): It went average, I decided to reapply after my previous stint as VA but I just really didn't have the drive to uphold quotas and deal with that stuff. I did some TRO work, did some general staff work and mostly just took tickets when I could. I plan to do the same thing this time and just doing staff work when I have downtime, which in SO BDE is frequent.
