And although the staff rank has assisted me tremendously in training my guys and keeping them entertained I feel as though I can not perform to the standards expected of me with the added weight of my new role. Being a working adult and a BCMD doesn't grant me the time to pursue my quotas as staff or TRO. I'm going to resign in order to guarantee that all of my time can be focused on the development and progression of my battalion now and in the future. Farewells: No farewells.
