My first run in with the 41st wasn’t the greatest and leadership was at an all time low. Being heavy into roleplay, the battalion just didn’t quite match my expectation including inter battalion conflicts between high command that pushed me further from the battalion.

 

 

104th PVT-CMD:

 

After figuring out that the 41st didn’t quite fit the type of battalion i wanted I left and was recruited to the 104th by Scarecrow. I ended up climbing the ranks including being the WO. I helped Scarecrow build the officer core we have today and here I stay at commander awaiting my next journey.

 

Wolfpack Initiate - Lead:

 

I joined wolfpack when I was a SGM, Starting off as an unnamed member. I then applied for Sinker when I reached WO , Then got promoted to Comet when I reached Captain. Since then I have re-worked all of wolfpack and how it interacts within the 104th and helped grow our battalion from the officer core all the way down to the enlisted and NCO’S. And in the first time out of 3 BCMD’s terms i have a full wolfpack roster with advisers and leads ready to take over when it’s my time to leave.

 

Senator ( C-3PO):

Although I have just recently got this position I attempt to remain in character for most of the time, supplying the best role play I can to the troops around base making sure they feel as close to star wars as i can physically get them. I encourage interaction with senators and troopers in any shape or form.

Synergy Staff (NA - Admin):

 

I was an Admin in the Game Helper branch for quite some time. As my health got worse i was not able to fill out an ROA so sadly got removed due to lack of activity. Soon enough i will be reapplying and joining the staff team once again.

 

 

Why should you become a Battalion Commander?:

 

After being with the 104th for roughly 9 months, this battalion has grown to be more than a group on a server ,but yet friends I rely on and who rely on me to lead them in the right direction. I treat every member of this battalion with the same respect i expect from them. I don’t like saying why I should become Wolffe but rather why I would say i’m a good fit for the position. I believe that i am a capable leader and willing to make the toughest decisions to keep my battalion thriving. I am always there when troopers need help with in or out of game things and any credits i receive on server usually just go back into the enlisted parts of the battalion helping new players get stats up. I believe that my never give up, and Leadership heavy attitude would match the role of Commander Wolffe perfectly. In any scenario no matter who is around I am the one who will step up first to lead a team in even the most dire situations, even if it promises failure. I will do whatever it takes to keep my battalion the largest on the server.

 

Do you understand the lore of your battalion or squad?:

 

The 104th Mechanized Assault battalion otherwise known as “Plo’s bros” or “Wolfpack” was a fast response team that was ready for almost any and all situations. Lead by none other than Jedi General Plo Koon and BCMD Wolffe (CT-3636) the unit used jet packs mostly and were Plo Koon’s first option in combat. This battalion went on a number of missions including but not limited to Felucia, Aleena, Iceberg 3, and Anza , where more memorable members such as Comet , Boost, Sinker, Dash-29(CT-1129), Dash-44(CT-1044), Mortar, Tracer and Warthog. One of the “wolfpack’s” most memorable moments was the capture of Ahoska Tano.

Where do you want your battalion or squad to be at the end of your term?:
 

As an 8 month member of the 104th I care about this group more than a battalion, it's more of a family oriented and respect driven community. My goal for this battalion is for it to be a thriving sub community of synergy where people aren't afraid to voice their opinion and speak freely. I want people to be able to talk to me if i'm the battalion commander just the same as any other trooper. I want the battalion to keep flourishing and watch the people i helped recruit much like Moros and the rest of wolfpack reach unimaginable heights on this server. I will and do go out of my way for every trooper to make sure their success is just important if not more important then my own. This battalion has become my home and even if the old member's may not like me as much i feel as if it's because of my open ended attitude , and inability to refrain from offering my opinion on every subject good or bad. I will make sure this battalion stays more than alive and flourishes into something even greater than it is now, to increase people's immersion within the rp of the server and to make new friends along the way. Also in regards to not just the 104th but the relationships between the 104th and other battalions, I plan even if i don't get the position to better the relationship between ALL battalions and the 104th making it a friendly environment where training's and leadership can be taught both ways to everyone on the server. Helping better the situation with negotiations, finishing the Tank and Pilot training server wide and helping finish up the regimental suggestions so that all people within the battalion feel as if they are indeed making an impact on 104th's growth.

 

Do you understand that if you go inactive you will be removed from your position?:
 

I have seen it done first hand and would never leave my battalion without leadership


Do you understand that your position has a three month term limit and you must reapply after three months to maintain your commander rank?:

im going to stay neutral as sometimes you can get really toxic towards people from what i have seen sometimes. but besides some of those moments you seem fine my only advice would be try and control yourself sometimes

Honestly I only have a few issues with you and they are as follows.

• You've demonstrated to be hothead and have a poor attitude at times.
• You're app seems to lack effort in comparison to the other applicant's and even when compared to your previous app. You've written four sentences about your goals for the battalion while the other applicant has multiple paragraphs.
• Your app seems to show a lack of vision for the battalion. you haven't stated any short term goals and the only long term goal you seem to care about is your eventual vacancy from the position. 
• Lastly I believe the XO of the battalion has greater seniority and deserves the position.

As things currently stand I believe the other candidate is a better fit for the position.

I have seen skunk and moros develop in the battalion, it is hard to decide which one would be a better fit for the position because both have a great personality and different types of leadership.

+1 i can say this as a sort of mentor of skunk (he has become the master now) that he has improved a lot and i gave him all of my good qualities and he did something others didn't do and that was to remove me from Mortar as i now see i killed support and just took up a spot i was not worthy of but he still wanted to give me a chance when i know some just wanted me gone as senior CO. Furthermore, yes he can be hotheaded at times but aren't we all sometime, all i see is a passion for the battalion and the server and i know that he gets misunderstood. Overall i'm very proud of both and they would both be great candidates

I have recently joined the server as well as the 104th battalion. I can not say much with just 1 week of experience. However I will say this, Skunk and Moros are both great leads in my opinion. Yes there may have been ups and downs in the past that i don't know of but people are able to change. Skunk has been helping from the 1st day I started in the battalion as well as he's been focusing on the betterment of the battalion as a whole. He checks in with each member ensuring that they are playing their respective role. 

 

Now I do believe everyone deserves a chance. Especially those who have made mistakes and learned from them. If people truly feel that he shouldn't be in the position well then consider this. Anyone can be removed from their position if they mess up. So why not just give him a chance. After all, he's been here for a long time and has not experienced anything new. While everyone's moving past him he's just stuck in place and I'm sure that if other people were in his position they would've left already. Skunk on the other hand just keeps pushing forward.

Ps. I forgot to mention one thing. Actions speak louder than words. Some people are not great on paper but when you see what they do then you'd be surprised.

I'll  be honest I've tried to write some kind of fancy speech five or six times now. On how you will do kinda like I did with moros but I just don't know how to express it really I do think your capable but at the same time I think you need to take things slower not rush into them head first with out thinking I trust you enough to grow to +1 but mate buckle down and sort a plan if you are going to do this you have the potential to do great better than a lot of us. IF you buckle down plan shit and do it and develop ideas and not just run with them. So do I think you can yes and if you think you can good but you will have to work for it.

@BigZach Yeah Actually i have been talking to ratio about them getting senate guards for when i'm on C-3PO to encourage rp and add more variety in shock. Oh and i'm not very good at typing things much like scarecrow i'm more of an action person. I would love to be bcmd but both of us have the best intentions for 104th so either way I would say we are in a good spot!
