PTL Rule Adjustments

Suggestion: Tweak the PTL requirements such as lowering rank requirement from CPT+ to something more reasonable, My opinion is WO+ because that allows all officers other NCOs and enlisted without requiring an  senior officer. Also change the 4+ rule to something like 3+ for the sake of people not getting pissed at base ops and for the sake of people being able to do trainings without needing to get 3 people besides yourself.

Implementation: send a message saying it changed, change text screen.

Lore: I don't have starwars lore per say, but in real life squads were led by Sergeants and consisted of a majority of enlisted, mostly Lance Corporals (specialist). 

Reason for suggestion: BaseOPS is under heavy fire recently with the map change and their huge influx of power. a solution to that is to tweak regulations for going outside, the best part of this map is the outside, and people are not being allowed to enjoy it, causing a major hatred towards BaseOPs even though they are not to blame, I brought this to them and got denied instantly because its not up to them.

Lowering rank to 1SG? -1, imo to low, I like WO better. 

Also training in general should be more than 3 people....

+1 for a change, but I think WO is much more reasonable, and with the rule at Captain it's a little weird that WO-1LT have no permissions even though they are all Officers like Captains+ and should be able to be trusted.

WO = yes, I'd hope an officer would be responsible enough as to not abuse their patrol or whatever

 

also 4+ is not that hard and is pretty reasonable

Sorry guys, its staying Captain, for the time being. I have already stated after we have everything ironed out that we adjust the rank but for right now we need to get the system working with the traffic we have and not add to it.

We will be revisiting this when we are stable.

That's a fat yikes if you can't get 4 active people out of 19..... might need to work on that
