If 104th don't mind having the model then whats the problem? Most models used to look shit, I remember playing as Wolffe with his 360p helmet but we just made do. Unless you actually play on the model I don't really see why you're reason should be that its "ugly" when you won't even be using it. If 104th want it they should be able to get it unless any other issues arise, but looks shouldn't be a problem for the rest of the server.

The fact that you say it like that shows you don't even know who Jayarr was. Jayarr did more for the server then most other people, and yes he made a mistake but hes trying to make up for it. Having an attitude like that will get you no where. And stop being disrespectful to people you don't even know. And just saying its ironic you're calling them "drama causing cancer cells" when that's the kind of shit which starts drama. If you have an opinion state it, don't just say shit like that.

+1 - Yes hes been making mistakes, but the fact is he also did a lot of good for the server, reaching Overseer (Old High staff rank). Also, many others have been given second chances in the past month or so, and Jefferson deserves it.

Just to make it clear, he didn't delete them when he was trying to make his community. He deleted them in frustration and anger after he was banned. Jayarr immediately stopped making that community after he was banned.

+1 Many of you won't know Jayarr, or others will remember him for his mistakes. I know for a fact he heavily regrets what he did and he wishes to join back into the community. When Jayarr was on the server before his wrong doings he helped me and other in many other ways, such as making models for the server and completely revitalising Dooms Unit at the time. I hope that everyone voting on this gives him the second chance he deserves and the second chance others have been given.

-1 Jesus how many times has this come about. You guys (501st) had the choice to either keep the job or remove it for something else. You chose the latter and must now deal with the consequences of that deal.

Neutral I'm gonna be pretty bias here due to me knowing Alec for a while. Alec did indeed make the wrong judgement call and it was a stupid thing to say, but me knowing Alec I know how much work he has put into the server and how much he wants to get back into it. I know it was an extremely stupid and immature thing to say, but knowing Alec it was more heat of the moment more then anything and I feel Alec should at least be given a chance to high staff about his mistakes and or not making it a permanent ban but instead a timed ban.

-1 - This is bound to cause more drama between people, guaranteed. If a complaint is necessary take it to the commanding officer of that battalion and deal with it civilly instead of being childish and calling people out.

-1 Firstly you provide no lore or evidence that they're was indeed a CG Pilot, for all we know 99 could of been flying those LAAT's Secondly it isn't needed. Just get another battalion pilot to fly it and if they're not on, yes you can get a CG who is Pilot trained. Thirdly, you stated yourself when I talked to you, "CG are in charge of extracting prisoners" meaning that doesn't require CG to have any pilots but instead be in the same LAAT as the prisoner. The fact is this, I was told you had said to Spartan that you would drop the issue and let 104th continue to have their prioritisation over pilots, yet you continue to break your word. CG never had a pilot job in lore so why should there be one.

-1 - A post like this has already been made and denied before for multiple reasons. One of those reasons being battalions like 104th deliberately kept their pilot jobs so they can be prioritised when it comes to flying. Is this was to be accepted the pilot job would become useless, and I know for a fact due to my time in 104th, a lot of people have put a lot of time and effort into making the pilot regiment a good place to be. I'm not gonna stand by while a regiment which has had lots of work put into it is just made useless because other battalions didn't want to keep their pilot jobs. Just to make it clear, people who are not on the pilot job yet still have ATC and pilot training, CAN STILL FLY. People on the pilot job however get priority over flying, due to it being more realistic and the fact is they are made for that singular job.

-1 I remember you directly being involved in a lot of minging in the early hours of the morning and Freck having to ban you everyday. You've caused so much trouble and stress to certain people and you certainly don't deserve a chance to come back.

+1 - I'm sorry but if you have the power to spawn NPC's in for someone you should do it unless you have something else to do. Saying you have already spawned enough is a really bad excuse and just shows laziness and selfishness. And like Taur has already said, if they're is nobody else able to spawn NPC's the next highest rank should have the decency to help them. You can't excuse yourself from helping someone just because you've done other stuff. That is extremely selfish and I feel that isn't the attitude needed for staff.
