Name: Tyrone RP Rank: Lieutenant Suggestion: I think it would be a great idea to add a new advancement system, let me explain; once we max out our skill points, there isn't much more to accomplish on that side of things, i think it would be cool to implement some kind of Prestige system similar how jedi have one but obviously different in ways such as prestige rewards/attributes , follow me on this... Different Prestige levels such as: Prestige I – Elite Prestige II – Veteran Prestige III – Legend Prestige IV – Vergence And with each Prestige level you can get access to different perks and skills that differentiate from the regular 4, also a distinguishing factor, for example, when you look at someone you see their name pop up, right? add a star, or some type of icon that changes with each prestige level to something more lucrative and appealing with each level advancement, it gives aura. Also... more than aesthetics like i mentioned, Small buffs, to people grinding, it rewards long term players and Vets and will give longevity to the server and make it lucrative for OGs to get on and grind again, for example every Prestige has a certain amount of Extra levels and you get a skill point to improve these attributes, of course this is all an idea so the specifics can be figured out and worked on to ensure its balanced. +10–15% reload speed Very minor damage resistance (5–10%) Reduced recoil on blasters (%) Fire Rate (small %) More Armor/Health Buffs (VERY minor) (also maybe even REG buffs too I.E; Medics get healing/Revive Boosts (quicker Reviving and healing for themself and others) SUP/Pilots Increased Damage in Fighters, 41st/104th Likewise W/ land vehicles quicker Overheat cooldown/ More Damage dealt , etc Increased Salary maybe. Might i mention the scaling would be up to the Devs, to keep things not OP and fair, while also achieving a good precedent and accomplished feeling when leveling up Implementation: Workshop content if applicable: *REQUIRES DEVELOPMENT* Note: if i can give more insight or clear anything up please let me know this is something ive been thinking about for a while and would love anything of the sort to come into fruition even just taken into consideration! thank you Dev Team

I think the age limit should remain, However... We had a suggestion put up recently about removing or lowering the order 66 punishment, and one high staff commented saying "it depends on the staff dealing the verdict" NOW, when it comes to Head Administrators i think they should do a similar thing, it should be up to the HA to decide if they are capable whether it be through the Interview or in-game encounters the HA has had with the said person who under the age limit is applying for staff. Final thoughts, really there shouldn't be a solid age limit, if the person who is applying is mature & knowledgeable about the job and has good intentions then give them the chance to learn/join the ranks!

i feel you bro its just when you said "i dont do that stuff" it just annoyed the goofy out of me bro, and to all the people saying i shouldve got someone lower rank than a VA, i already tried contacting every other rank possible and i was ignored as stated in the report, and then i saw alfa standing there chillin, im sure Alfa is a great fucking staff member, its just in this instance he wasnt.

So i do it the hard way and start looking around for staff and then i come across Alfa and he is literally just sitting at the railing at the seconds floor like always (he is not AFK) and so i ask him "could you help out the guy in the CIT he needs NPCs spawned and i cant do it, then he says "I dont do that" and then i say "do what help players?" he then says "If im going to spawn things its going to be for an event." I reply by saying "so you are too good to help players?" and then i get a little aggitated by this so i walk back to the CIT to tell Stripes that IM sorry i couldnt help and that its not acceptable that capable staff dont want to do their job.
