So pre-built computers are typically regarded as less bang for your buck due to companies jacking up prices for parts and calling it a service fee or whatever. If you have the means to buy parts separately and put it together yourself I would highly advocate for that. That being said, there are companies that do a good job with pre-built machines, off the top of my head I believe NZXT does a good job.
