All I can really say is that it's a one day ban so by the time this gets accepted/denied it will have already been lifted (It says 2 days but that was an error on my part, I changed it back to 1 day) So if you really are a good roleplayer you will be able to show the server in a day.

Also other videos on your channel show you and your friends minging on other servers. You can literally hear at the beginning of the video "Shut it shut it." So you're not just minging on Synergy. Also looking on your steam profile, you have an image of you being banned for MRDM which doesn't help your case in claiming "I'm a good roleplay I just haven't gotten a good chance to show it.

This 1 minute clip doesn't encapsulate the total time you spent on the server, you were arrested for Failrp earlier on the server. The evidence doesn't show the whole time you were on the server and doesn't validate that you were "never" in the generator room.

-1, I agree somewhat with the statement, but how like most have said already the stats should be more or less nerfed slightly than having the entire weapon removed.

+1 I like the idea of it, but there's going to have to be rules set in place especially for events/encounters so they have to wait, a minute or so, before using it immediately, same with BH's they need to be given a time limit so it's not just an instant jump to hyper space. Other than that I like the idea, I can see using this in events often so Landers don't just come out of knowhere.

After what Logic has told me in a few posts before this one, I will go ahead and give him my +1. In my eyes you were simply defending your battalion from removal and I think all BCMD's can stand up and agree to that notion.

So, I'm not here to stir up past drama, but I personally like to research ban appeals before I officially put my hat into the ring. Back around December 2019 when you made your official leave post, see insert below, Egg had commented on your post and I just wanted to know your take on it since you didn't seem to acknowledge it, after which I will then put in my +1 or -1. I would like to know more about what happened with you and Egg, and if he is telling the truth in the sense that you lied and talked trash behind his back. Quote in question: I'm gonna go spicy on this because all you ever did was talk trash behind my back, lie, and insult me and everything I had ever done for this battalion. I never promoted you past 1st LT because of your clear inability to, despite your name, use logic and think about consequences of what you are doing. You lied to get my friends banned and that is why they kept harassing you. You lied and got chambers after me for deleting docs and continually bullied people that stayed loyal to what I had done and wanted to have some respect. I'm glad you're gone because the server as a whole is in a better place. Good riddance and #beanshouldhavewon.

+1 I 100% agree with this suggestion and honestly shouldn't even have to be one, 21st are the bomb defusal experts so it makes complete sense that all 21st troopers should have defusal kits.

-1 I know Baron and Ratio already said this, but it's an RP server, if people wish to be serious then they should, that's how they want to play the game. You shouldn't make an entire suggestion form if you don't like that someone else is having fun playing a serious character rather than someone singing yankee doodle while dabbing in MHB.

So first off I'm voiding this report, I was extremely heated in the moment as I was writing this, I don't want Carvis removed from the community, I barely know him personally. However, I do want to know community feedback to see what other people think about this situation. I snapped fast because being called a snitch really really sets me off.

Explain to us what happened: During debrief in the latest event Carvis (R2-D2) was acting extremely inappropriate, for example when he was standing up in high command when told not to, he gave himself PTS by going up to the stand and playing R2-D2 sounds without permission nor the hosting Naval's consent, he pulled out a Cycler Rifle multiple times, and eventually shot someone on Defcon 5 after debrief with said Cycler Rifle. After conversing with the person whom gave Carvis permission to go on the R2-D2 whitelist, it was deemed he was to be removed from said whitelist, which I did as a Staff member, later on he switched back to the whitelist (Since he was VIP and could go on jobs without having the whitelist) He made a staff ticket asking to have his named changed to "R2-D2" I went to him and explained the situation that since he was acting inappropriately as R2-D2 he was to be to removed from the whitelist and he had to return to his other job, to which he said he wasn't informed, and then finally he said to me "Ohhh so youre the snitch got it" Then he proceeded to disconnect from the server. My main issue is that he insulted me despite him previously being a staff member on the server even though he was the one who was acting immaturely and broke several server and 501st rules because of these actions, I'm annoyed if nothing else that someone who was a retired staff could act so immaturely and crude. Alright, so this is how it happened from my side. I was cloaked flying around base early in the morning when I saw Axe in the MHB, I flew down to him and say him type "/warp" so I said, and I quote, "warp properly, dont warp here" To which he didn't reply, he walked towards the LAAT and I assumed he was going to warp properly so I flew off, I came back a minute later to see him and a 501st talking (I have the name but won't state unless needed) and low and behold I see him warp while still inside MHB, so once more I said, and I quote "AXE BRO, you didn't warp properly like I told you to bro." Which then he snipply replied with "What? Gonna make me ask for PTL too?" and I said "no, you dont need ptl to citadel, but just follow the rules bro. This is your one chance, Don't do it again." And with that I thought it was over, I don't like arresting or yelling at people but since he warped after I blatantly told him not to it made me, admittedly, I was a little angry. But over it was not, I noclipped over to him where he was talking to the 501st trooper and he said "Am I supposed to be scared of him? Lol." So I uncloaked and said "Yes, because I can cloak and hear you talk shit. Last warning." Once more trying to be lenient since warping not in a warpzone is a bannable offense. And once again I thought it was the end of it but he then said "I legit see no point in what you're doing." So I started "It's rules, regardless if no one is on, they are rules, I'm letting it slide, because if I wanted to be an ass I would arrest you after the first time." Lest he continued stating "Rules that you're the only who can enforce. And what are you gonna do, AOS me with no shock on?" So I spawned in myself a baton to show him I can arrest him. So once more I just wanted to end it all with just a warning so I said "Look, I'm not trying to be a dick, but just follow the damn rules. They are there for a reason." And once more he wouldn't let it go saying "To keep RP smooth...but no rp is going on." And still, just wanting to end this all I said "Look Axe, just follow the rules." And yet he persisted by saying "Technically what this guy is doing is failrp too and against the rules. Wanna arrest him too? He's on your head." (Which he was granted, but I was first person so didn't see him on my head and was mainly focused on this whole situation.) And I then retorted saying "There's a difference, I warned you to not warp and did so anyway when I told you not to. If I told him to get off my head and he doesn't then he's in trouble." So he said "Not really. If I was on base shooting you then that would be a difference. But I'm not. It was a warp." So I said "It's still breaking rules. After I told you NOT to, then you did so when I left." Still trying to end this whole conflict since I don't like arresting people, but he kept going saying. "Nobody else would make a big deal about this. I've done this before during downtime in the server and nobody had a problem." During this time I did tell the trooper to get off my head before saying. "Axe, I don't care if other people don't make a big deal out of it, I'm not those people there's a reason there's rules, i legit just warned you and said don't do it again and was about to let you go but now you're making a fuss about it, you could have said 'sorry' and I would have left." Then it all ended with him saying "But I'm not sorry..." After he said that I pulled out my baton and arrested him for insubordination and staff disrespect since he was clearly not going to try and see how it's still breaking the rules and just wanted to keep arguing, as shown in the chat logs that I stated I gave him multiple chances to just let it go and continue with what he was doing but he chose to instigate and continue. I think the arrest was justified since he didn't seem to care at all that he was breaking rules and just wanted to argue. Shortly after he left the server and I called a CG to help me with the arrest forms, then Noble came and I explained the situation to him, he was the one to give him the 7 day (1 year by accident) ban, I didn't decide that myself. In conclusion, I think what I did was justified and see no problem with it, other than maybe some better wording but I see nothing that he speaks of my "attitude", I gave him several chances to walk away from a bannable offense since I don't like to arrest/ban people for tiny things but he chose to continue arguing with me. That is all I have to say, I have the chat logs if necessary. Just a quick thing to add, everything in "quotes" is what was actually said and there's proof.

I also got info that only HA's can remove the tag and that some people get yelled at that they "Shouldn't have that tag." Which then begs the question, why can only admins give the member tag, it is literary the TR's job to make CC's members. You might retort by saying "Well all New Admin's+ have to become a trainer." But there are some people who don't want to become an admin, and yet they still lack the power to give the role, which makes no sense. In conclusion I say either give TR's, admin or not, the power to give the member tag in TS, or get rid of it entirely since it would be useless.

Name: Kortnul | Boomer Suggestion: I very, very strongly suggest we give TR's the power in TS to make CC's Members, I personally find it very frustrating that I have to call an admin+ every time I finish training a TR to give them the role in TS. I honestly find it a bit unusual why TR's don't already have the power to give them the Member role, please change this, it would make TR lives 10x easier. Where would this be implemented?: I don't really understand what this means, but just give TR's the permission to make CC's members. How would this benefit the Teamspeak/Community?: This would give the TR's an easier time when training CC's since they won't have to ask an admin, considering Admins sometimes aren't available. Along with the fact that admins won't be bothered, regardless if it's a small matter, with being asked to do this task. Have you asked for feedback from others about this suggestion?: Wren, Salxas, Lucky, Codified, Jerome, Matt. All of these people I explained to them my suggestion and asked if they agreed in which they all did, and none of them disagreed, I will also add all of these people are TR's and agreed with my claim. Briefly explain why this should be implemented?: This only makes sense since TR's can already give members Battalion tags, for example Attack Battalion, Mechanized Battalion, Recon Battalion, and even SOBDE Battalion, but they cannot make them members. I don't think it makes sense that they can do that but cannot make them members since it is the TR's entire job to train and make CC's members for Synergy Roleplay, I heavily support this idea and many others, so I hope you can agree with me as well and make this idea come true.
