Assisting both customers as well as employees with problematic situations as well as ensuring care for both were met. Assisted with ordering product, inventory counts as well as opening and closing the store. Fatherhood: I’m 30, father of a 10-year-old. I’ve had to deal with many different situations, tantrums, and struggles to help him as he grows and learns about the world. Server - Doom’s Unit: Commander Gambit - During my time as Gambit, our Brimstone was vacant and we had some squad spots to fill. I quickly began to work on HS and made sure that the unit was as well working machine. As well as handling DU related situations while the new CMD structure was settling in. Executive Officer Brimstone - As XO, I’ve been constantly working with the CMD core coming up with new ways to not only make DU more proactive but as well more enjoyable for future troops. I’ve worked alongside the BCMD to start on new systems to help the DU Officer/NCO core function better as a whole. I still am currently working with the CMD to make sure that DU is at it’s finest and making sure any situations were dealt with quickly and with proper action. Started to begin branch work for new Havoc Squad systems, reworking outdated documents, and kept the Havoc Squad at the time as an active part of DU. Commander Doom- As Commander Doom, I took DU and reworked it from the ground up. First establishing a sturdy CMD core and then working them to find all issues within the battalion. Within the first month of my term communications between DU CMD, officers, NCOs, and enlisted was opened up with added systems via forms, a priority list that everyone could see and request to add things to. General discussion via open floor in meetings or privately in PMs or the DU Complaint form or by meeting with DU CMD. Within the second month of my term, I with assistance from my CMD team began to rework outdated systems as well as add new ones to help ensure that DU CMD can oversee while allowing Officers and NCOs to have responsibilities, to help train them properly for the future. Why should you become a Marshal Commander?: I believe that with my maturity, age, and experiences both on and off the server that I could step into the role of Marshal and assist the community as it grows. I’m ready to step up the game of not only myself but everyone else around me, helping people have fun but also be that stern figure if needed. This has been the server I started out on. I’ve grown from a CC all the way to BCMD and have seen many things come and go. However, one thing has always stayed and that was the community and that Family feeling it has. I believe that this Family feeling is a key aspect to grow on, removing as much hate and negativity. As a father, I believe I could step up and help keep that energy in the right direction. In short, I’d like to become a Marshal Commander, to help everyone enjoy themselves on the server. Give a brief overview of your achievements on the server: BCMD of DU Current NA Do you have a microphone?: Yes Where do you want the Grand Army to be at the end of your term?: At the end of my term, I’d like to see each battalion either in a self-sustainable state or working towards one that works best for each of them. That each battalion has worked out or has a progression on removing the “kinks” that they have. That each battalion has a good long-standing relationship in the making amongst each other and continues to work together to not only make sure the performance of the G.A.R is on point. People are working together and are able to enjoy co-operative deployments and training. Lastly, I would like to see each battalion not only creating new and extravagant Lore situations but a much grander dent into the lore of “Synergy”. Giving the community members new ideas, new lore, and new adventures for the future. How do you plan to improve relations within the Grand Army?: I plan to improve relations within the G.A.R by working closely with each battalion Command core, figuring out what each battalion has been working on and what needs improvement and help add ideas and new goals for each battalion. I would like to work with battalions as well to establish a suitable program that would allow either NCOs, Officers, CMD, or a combination of them all to work together, coming up with new ideas for cross battalion training, joint deployments(Scheduling pairs) and possibly new patrol ideas. I would also like to work on new RP ideas with each battalion, to increase not only server story but RP interaction amongst other battalions. I’m always open to questions and if I don’t have the right answer I will seek it out to make sure that whoever I’m assisting, gets the exact help they are after. Willing to help out with new member training. With my drive and determination to help as well as ensure that things are the best, they can be. Bug Type (Server:): Clone Wars Severity level (1-3): 2 Evidence (if you can): Description of the bug: Acid is the ENG of Havoc Squad and is missing the new data pad as well the ability to buy armor. They're part of the standard ENG load out and he hasn't received them at this time. How can we recreate it: Just check the Acid lore character job.

While I was an enlisted I learned the basics of the server and after seeing my first event in DU I was hooked. I did everything and anything I could to improve not only myself but the battalion. I had began working on documents that could help better our battalions placement during DEFCON situations, which led me to our Documents team, where I worked with the DU HC at the time to revise any out of date docs, keeping the roster up to date and making sure Intel was logged properly. It was about the time I was SGM when I was eventually asked by our BCMD at the time to become our WO. From there my duties were to keep track of NCO activities, making sure no one was bringing down the image of DU as well as handling weekly reports. Shortly after I applied for Acid in Havoc Squad, where I began to work heavily in assisting tryouts and managing daily officer duties which eventually led me to becoming CPT Gambit and sadly a few short hours later CMD when our BCMD resigned. During my time as Gambit, our Brimstone was vacant and we had some squad spots to fill. I quickly began to work on HS and made sure that the unit was as well working machine. Why should you become a Battalion Commander?: I believe I should become BCMD due to my past work with DU as well as my continuing work in the future. In three months I went from joining the server to XO and the command of Havoc Squad. I’ve been able to demonstrate that I can handle situations that arise when the BCMD is away. I always make sure that any answer I provide is precise with information and have had no problem asking around to make sure that I’m able to get the proper information to people. I have strong ideas which I believe with the help of my CMD team, I’d be able to make DU shine a little brighter from an outsiders view. Do you understand the lore of your battalion or squad?: I do Availability: I’m on daily after work for two to four hours and on days off I am available for the majority of the day. I have Discord on my pc and my phone and am contently checking it when I can to make sure I am fully updated on situations. Estimate of how long you've played on Synergy Roleplay?: Since January 16, 2020 Do you have a microphone?: Yes Where do you want your battalion or squad to be at the end of your term?: By the end of my term, I see it as having a great group of active members who work well as a team. A thriving CMD core who is able to handle situations and to have great inter battalion relationships within the G.A.R. I also hope to work with HC to possibly make DU a Hvy Unit, where our main troopers would essentially all be HWS's and then from there if they choose to branch out if they want to be med or eng (Losing their Z-6s but gaining whatever branch related items they'd need). I'm hoping that would allow for some growth in interest in DU once again. From there I want to work with my branch leads and officers about hosting regular trainings throughout the week. I'm hoping with more scheduled events (trainings or patrols) it would also help increase activity in DU with more regular RP situations. Do you understand that if you go inactive that you will be removed from your position?: I’m fully aware that if I’m inactive I will be removed from my position to allow someone else the opportunity.     +1 I've noticed a major difference ever since HWS were implemented. DU was built and shaped around having a heavy defensive shell, with a great force of fire power to defend high value targets.

  19. Alright, that's fair. This was a collected effort and any info that doesn't match any equivilant job can be over looked. Just trying to get HS at least some of the same weapons (if they are) to reflect their main job.
