Yes. Cronis can do this, the man was my main candidate to run after my term finished. He and I have talked about this for long now. And his plans will help this battalion grow. He is ready, go get them +1

Ah beasty, I see he is trying to return.
From my experience with him toxicity was never directed towards myself but other members of the 41st (before my time as gree) which almost made them leave the battalion. He was given a trial period to improve behavior in the battalion, proceeded to break that and was removed from ARCL. He continued then getting angry with the person that removed him who can document more then me @Maddox07. He then left the battalion after also being toxic toward our BCMD at the time and claimed we favoritzed another member of the battalion over him. The rest is history. Sorry beasty but -1

Summary of encounter: A droid salesman arrived outside of felucia base selling reprogrammed CIS droids fitted with restraining bolts and deactivated. It all started out well until one droid defected. Then a second one, a commando droid, contacted the CIS to send an attack. The CIS attacked with two landers at two different fronts. The droids were pushed and both of the landers were destroyed!

Summary of encounter: A CIS B1 commander devised a plan to attack the base. Similar to the rishi moon attack with a close strategy to it. 4 Commandos came and sacrificed one other to try and gain the trust of the troopers (they didn't shoot him just near him) After some time the main attack commenced with normal droids and 2 landers at 2 different fronts on the base. The commandos faked being captured in the brig while the B1's brought the fight outside of the base! The republic killed the commandos after they revealed themselves and they cleared the base!

Summary of encounter: Representative Chi Tenero arrived on tatooine for a stop to refuel their vehicle when they were shot down by a bounty hunter. Some friendly tuskens took him in to try and heal him. While a bounty hunter ran to the ship and took a paper on hyperspace lanes. The hunter accidentally activated his comms informing other hunters of his plans. The tuskens helped the republic in the hunt for the man who shot tenero down. They found him interrogated him and left him to the tuskens who then dealt with him. The representative got medical help and was able to deliver the paper

Summary of encounter: Two purostar employees were killed by CIS loyalists who stole their uniforms and ships. They set up a fake package to try and assasinate sheev palpatine with a cake bomb. When they arrived they attempted to feed palpatine the cake but instead he fed it to other troopers prompting them to detonate the bomb harmlessly in the open hangar. The using the weapons systems on their ship they injured the chancellor pushing the troops to save him as quick as possible. In the end the chancellor was saved(by some very odd means) and the republic won

To sort of answer this, I have someone in mind as I stated in my application. I believe said person can continue with the path of the battalion. I have spoken to him and he is ready.

Barely any numbers? May be a Timezone issue but the 41st has people on. We are a late night battalion. Don’t make assumptions if you don’t know what is going on in the inside of the battalion

The 41st is Growing. Numbers have been growing steadily. I have talked with my commanders and my XO and I Have someone that I believe can help keep the growth. Also I will still be in my position for the time being, It's not like I won't help the battalion.

Summary of encounter: Commander Gree went to Ilum for a Barc patrol and crashed after being cocky. He was taken by some talz who prepared to fight his rescuers. They were shocked when only one bounty hunter came and killed the leader to save the commander. He tried to get payment but the republic denied his payment and the commander was moved back to full health.
