I do agree with Mike here, If you have an issue with something a staff member is doing it's fine to take it to someone else in the staff ranks privately and have a discussion about it so they can have a chat with mike and clear stuff up. But if you didn't have the nerve to tell Mike to stop because you didn't like it, then your to blame along with Mike here. You became a bystander watching his actions unfold before you even though you didn't like it, and I do believe you are a new admin as well so it is apart of your job to guide everyone not only those below you but give heads up to those above you to keep them on track also. But yes a PVT sim is best next time Mike, but seeings though you are testing things and it was a GM PVT Sim but still be careful

Alright, first of all you, yourself are inactive and to make such claims to a BCMD that he himself is inactive is just upsetting. Im not going to sit here like nothing has happened with the battalion because that would be a lie, we did suffer after Billiam going Senior Attack and Defense Brigade commander but that was something we all saw coming. Myself and the Commanders of this battalion are doing there job in making sure this battalion starts to revive itself and I tell you now the past 2 days has almost hit our past weekly recruitments for the week for the past 2 weeks. That doesn't happen with inactive BCMD or a BCMD who can't run a battalion. It happens because we are now starting to run like a battalion, your just to inactive to see this. I myself has now taken the Jnr Officers under my judgement along with all Commanders making sure they are 100% again, Jagger is assisting the SGT's to help with leadership and comms for events also assisting them with their recruitment goals which i tell you now he does not need to do. Nap is sorting out all the sub regiments like ss, med ect, and Parjai is begining to liven up thanks to shockpoint. Yes we have had some Ups and Downs with mamba but this is a big -1 as we are becoming more stable and secure.

Yeah nah ive been waiting fir this post. Joe has helped the 212th with issues along the way and i worked with him to resolve some. Joe is a very open person and you can go to him for anything, this man Deserves this position and it would be wrong to deny him of it. +1

Where to start, where to start? Well when i first joined the 212th i was known as a forseen 2.0 and the first words i ever heard someone say was "OMG its an australian" with as much enthuisiamsim as possible. That man was Jagger, Jagger has been one of the best friendships ive developed during my time in 212th and one that continues to grow. This guys attitude is superb and regardless of rank, holds the respect of the battalion and those around him like a true God, more then i respect VB. Stahl mate, Honestly I didnt know you for a long period of time but you did become a good friend. The battalion had its ups and downs and we continue to oush through and one of the downs was you leaving, but not for me, not at all. Honestly, My first encounters with Luuka was some quite positive ones but as time went on it began to shine on me that you where a minge. People understand if your trying to make up for any of your past minging but that's not the issue here at all. Just because you want to make changes doesn't mean that your past issues just blow up in the air and all is forgiven, that's by far how it works mate. And if there is the chance you suffer from depression then there are a vast majority of ways you can help relieve it. If you are the slim 1.5% of the US under 18 years old with depression, go outside, have a beer find other ways to relieve it because in the past it seems like your intent was to minge and that's lead to this ban. By adding this into your ban appeal asking for us to take it into consideration, I have one thing to say: Take into consideration the players role-play you destroyed with your mingeing, the amount of problems that was caused for staff related to your minging. You know, the hardest thing that I had to deal with in the 212th was when you left for RANCOR once again. When we first met i believe it was Billiam who was like "Oi Ocelot come have a look at this Australian storm" and I wont forget the memories and laughs we had, Sitting on the moonpool whilst the droids sprayed at us and we contemplated life. Out of all the people I have met in the 212th you were by far my Favorite and also my best friend to play with. I hope you do great with your music career and I know you have the attitude to pursue and do anything at the best of your ability. Its going to be hard to log on and know i'll never really see you on anymore but I guess your moving on and I truly hope you hope on teamspeak or discord every know and then for a chat. Its much like EST but not as dead and not as mingy. I when doing TRO related stuff or CC training I 80% of the time struggle to actually get an active staff member to assist me even though alot of them are on. I believe that this is because they are mostly AFK to get money or that they are all asleep which means they are not coming back anytime soon. I wish to become a staff member so I can eliminate this issue for when I am on and keep the server under moderate controll along with other staff members of whom which get on during a later period of time. I am a TRO and I wish to be able to take this role to the next step by being able to bring TR's to get the CC training rolling. This gets the server more players and gets them trained faster. I also wish to no longer hear the following for players "Look honestly Muffins I recommend you just join back tomorrow as the staff on during this time are really **** and inactive" This was quoted from a CG whose name i wish not give out and a TR3 who had just been trained. I feel like becoming a staff member not only means I can continue to help the server by getting CC's trained but also the ability to actually go ahead and white-list people, sort out staff related sits ect to the best of my ability keeping the server clean from minges and the role-play great. I love this community after coming from many Australian ones with Lilac(Yashiro) I spent four years with him and now I feel like we have finally found ourself a home. I can at times be a tad annoying and rude but I will always find the courage to apologizes after my harsh words as seen with people like Washington and Spoof whom of which i was rude to but apologized to clear the slate. I am a nerd like I said and I put almost every hour onto the server unless I am getting drunk with the boys on weekends. You cant beat that now, I put in at least 6 hours a night on AVG and on friday its normally 11 Hours so untill 1am from 3pm when I finish school. Weekends I no life from roughly 9 am to 2 am that night. So I am very active unless my farther wishes to kick me of my PC which is very rare but sometimes happens. Uprise Gaming | Owner/Server Manager | SWRP: An attempt at a Galaxies server much like the old G Realms for Australian players and worked out quite well for being one of the best Galaxies servers for its time. LoneWolfNetwork | GameMaster | SWRP: The community got shut down due to issues with the owner unfortunatliy passing away in 2016 RevolutionGN | Head Admin | SWRP: This server was based around the Galaxies idea much like Grealms again during Australias big rush to release the best back in those days. This was a good attempted but I ending up going to England for 2 months to see my Grandparents and well they didnt allow me to be the rank anymore due to me taking time out to see family. Synthetic Gaming | Admin | SWRP: Was Australia's biggest galaxies server and was big enough to attract players from G-Realms when they where in their prime stealing players like those who created the Eternal Empire on there for those who played. This community was I admit a really good one until one day the owners stole my money whom of which they said they actually needed to assist the community and removed me from staff and tried perm banning be shortly after like 1-2 hours after. I believe @Yashiro was there for this moment in my staffing career There are more servers but I feel like for the time period they lasted there isnt much point listing them and for what some of them did to me and back stab me i dare not wish to name myself apart of their staff team.
