-1 back in the day I said if I ever retired from Rancor I would join 101st and help teach the new guys. This completely undermines all of what 101st was about back in the day, it was about teaching others how to do better and to funnel people where they want to go. By removing literally all chance of promotion you don't even stop the problem of CTs wanting to stay CTs, you create another problem where the experience of being a CT is terrible, I've seen so many new players burn out because the image of CTs is so bad and they are treated like trash, having someone in charge helps the experience of new players, and makes them want to stay, with new players first impressions is everything, and removing those who earned the rank removes anyone the new player look up to and make the problem of mingy CTs worse.

+1 Fire rate is broken, the Dualies used to be amazing, but now it's just.. not good, and not viable.

+1 I tried this in SP cause I saw it and now I really, really want it on the server, it's just the camera is so much better than simple third person.

Jet Trooper with a republic sniper? Jet Troopers already have Jet Packs, I remember having to deal with JT jobs with Medkits in PVP and that was cancer, all JT's need is Jetpacks, nothing else. [-1]

To add on to what I said, some battalions rely on tryout quotas, and if a trooper can't make that quota because too many battalions are doing tryouts, then they are fucked. It's a drastic change, one that will affect many battalions negativly, to fix a minor issue.

-1 Honestly, my biggest problem when I join another server is a complete lack of tryouts.

+1 for DB some people can't hear too well -1 for events I already have a hard time hearing people on the server and it would make it much much worse for me personally, ad it basically turns into white noise

-1 also as an aside, imo while being an Event Job should be fun, it shouldn't be top priority, your priority as an event job is to provide meaningful interaction and increase immersion. Also DU should be a tank that utterly annihilates anything in the way.

-1 Props are part of the issue, but removing the props will not solve it, Any MHB in any Venator lags, because its a huge hangar with lots of detail at most I see a 10 FPS difference from MHB with props and without. In defense of the props used: Functional Design is used in a lot of Hangars, (At Least with Rancor's hangar) even if you don't use the props or RP with them, it build the hangar out and fleshes out what that battalion may be like, the MHB hangar is used to communicate and reinforce how each battalion is unique (hence why each battalion gets to add props to their hangar)
