Brigade you are applying for:
Marshal Commander for the Grand Army of the Republic, Senior Ranking Officer of the Venator Resolute, and Redwood Outpost, Endor
Experience:
United States Air Force [IRL]
During my time in the USAF, I served as a Command Post Controller, where I was granted the position of NCOIC, Systems, and Senior Controller before I actually achieved the rank of NCO. A description of a Command Post in the USAF is: "The base command post is the central command point for mission operations. It’s the job of Command Post specialists to ensure operations and communications run efficiently and effectively under any circumstance. Tasks vary from base to base depending on the resources needed and utilized. These cool-headed professionals provide essential skills and knowledge to keep the base—and our missions—running smoothly". This central node of Malmstrom Air Force base was my work center. With the skills that I demonstrated in leadership, and excelling in my field, I was released from active duty early, to attend college and ROTC full time to potentially become a 2nd Lieutenant in the USAF.
Doom's Unit
Though my transition from Dooms Unit to Base Ops was a quick one, during my time as a Warrant Officer in DU, I focused on empowering the future leaders of Dooms Unit, where I worked with a variety of NCOs and future NCOs on their growth as leaders. I focused in large on pushing people to take charge, whether it be in the game or in real life, and mentored a variety of different individuals on their growth. I also served as an aide to Commander Doom when it came to matters concerning the Enlisted Core
Base Operations / Naval
I served three months as Base Commander Krennic, successfully completing a term without being commander reported or resigning (Lol). Base Operations has had ups and downs, which is understandable for any battalion, and I have been flexible to adapt to changes that come with leading a battalion. Through my term, we've done a lot of wiping of trainings! Though it has been hectic for some individuals, I believe that especially for ATC it has created a deeper roleplay system. I have populated and worked with countless individuals to attempt to bring Base Ops to a serviceable position, and I believe it is currently in a strong enough position to be able to stand on its own, ready for a new leader. Through my continued effort as a member of high command, a variety of changes have come to the server, and my continued push for roleplay has been, in part successful. I believe that my level of flexibility has continued to change the public opinion of base operations, and as such it has become an integral part of the base.
Why should you become a Marshal Commander?:
Flexibility is the most important trait in a leader. Above all, I am ready and willing to bend to the needs of the server, while also utilizing my leadership styles to push changes that I believe will be for the better of the server. Not only is my open schedule a benefit, but also my previous experience and natural leadership skills. I am also talented in the production of documents and have a laundry list of plans for the betterment of the server. However, I am prepared for feedback above all else, and I am prepared to work hand in hand with other members of High Command for the continuous success of the server. As we move into the summer season, I believe it is vitally important to have a strong and available leader in the Marshal Commander slot, and I hope to work closely with each and every unit for the end goal of a more unified and successful unit.
Do you understand the lore of the Grand Army?:
Yes, and I'm excited to learn more as we move into the new season of Clone Wars. I also do enjoy reading, so I'm always up to learn more.

Give a brief overview of your achievements on the server:
Doom's Unit
As discussed earlier, I was integral in the growth of the future leaders of Doom's Unit, as well as the growth of the NCO core during my time as a warrant officer. Even before this, as a SNCO I worked directly with assisting individuals in their growth as leaders. Some of the people that I mentored today are now apart of the direct leadership in Doom's Unit, and some have gone onto other roles, in which I'm sure they're incredibly successful, in part from my tutorage.
Base Operations / Naval
As many of you know, I was directly responsible for the revival of Base Operations / Naval from its previous wiped status. During my term, I set up a game plan for the command structure, the inclusion of mining operations and Outpost Charlie, Operations concerning Janitorial, ATC, Communications, IA, and other various programs within Base Operations. Though not all branches have been as successful as others, I believe that the effort to extend out, and create roleplay scenarios has been a boon to the server as a whole. I have been overall open to any changes and constantly adapting. One of the big achievements that I have personally worked on was the inclusion of court roleplay. Though I cannot do this as much as I'd like to, I believe that the concept of law and having a jury has been a great boon, when it comes to my personal projects. Overall, I believe that Base Operations underneath my command has seen great growth, and will continue to grow and develop well after I have left it. I am proud of the achievements, and I will continue to learn from its failures.
Do you have a microphone?:
Yes
Where do you want the Grand Army to be at the end of your term?:
My chief goal is to increase roleplay within the community. Too often do individuals break character, or take the roleplay portion of the server to a less serious degree. To prevent this, I would like to spend the 8 weeks I would have as Marshal to rotate between each portion of the Grand Army. For the first week, I would implant myself in the Attack Regiment, and work with them, then the Recon, and so forth. I would of course, still handle my overall duties as Marshal and continue the effort to improve overall, however, I believe with a hand on approach that rotates between units, I can direct focus on improvement, unit by unit overall. I would also like to work on creating a tradition of weekend "Marshal Events", where I work directly with game masters to set up events of my own design, to better bring units together, promote roleplay, and reward good roleplayers with achievements/prizes towards the end of them. I am overall ready to dedicate myself, be flexible and continue to take in, develop, and apply new fresh ideas in an attempt to better the overall community.
How do you plan to improve relations within the Grand Army?:
I'd like to work directly with each unit as discussed earlier, but I'd also like to focus on the intermingling of different battalions whether it be on self-run "encounters", or the new tradition of weekend Marshal Events. To go along with that, I'd also like to work directly with training the new generation of troopers, as well as counseling them on what battalion would be the best for them. I'd also enact a strict open door policy during my term, so that any individual, whether they be a private or a regimental can come and speak to me directly, with complaints, praise, and any other thing they'd like to talk about.
Do you understand that if you go inactive that you will be removed from your position?:
Yes, during the summer I am entirely free of all responsibilities
Do you understand that your position has a two-month term limit and you must reapply after two months to maintain your Marshal commander rank?:
Yes
