+1 I'm generally not a fan of perma-bans. Maybe not today, but in the near future I believe that the ban should be reduced at the very least. There's been a multitude of people who make good on another chance, and hopefully in the future Aaron can be one of those individuals.

From screaming obscenities to the current BCMD, threatening and carrying out MRDM, general insubordination, and disrespect, it was the whole nine yards. This isn’t something that you need to make a suggestion for. Just talk to the 104th and tell them what you think. From the sound of it things may be due for a revamp.

Almost every single time I trained a Cadet I was unable to explain to them in honest terms why such a ridiculous rule was in place and enforced for something that is OOC. +1
