+1 Although I don't believe this is necessary it would be a nice addition. I agree that's it's not the only job that base ops has. But isn't that one of your jobs? You run the base and that includes the gates. I understand that there are rank limitations for those who can man BCC within Base Ops. I would reccomend these be lowered to further allow RP within the base ops NCOs. Allowing for enlisted to prove themselves within the system of the BCC. It only takes one person to open the gates and man the ATC. And rarely do I see base ops doing any passive RP when that job is being done. Yes there's the odd bunk inspections, but rarely do I ever see any medical RP or QM. Yes the BCC limits their capability, but when that job is being handled, I urge that Base Ops put in more effort to truly RPing during down times.

Again I didn't mean the respect thing as a slight towards you or to target it specifically, but in many past iterations of SOBDE toxicity has been a prevalent issue. I will admit that the SOBDE now has improved dramatically following the removal of members. And prior to its removal the work put out by SOBDE was lackluster, with Bad Batch specifically I've never seen any problems with it. You guys are one of the shining examples of what SOBDE squads should be, but if all members modeled themselves after your work I believe that SOBDE could strive on the server. I'm glad to see that discipline is being carried out consistently as you mentioned that members were removed, but there has to be a defining standard as to who should be able to join an SOBDE squad and through consistent evaluation all members could reach that shining standard of "Elite".

So going through one tryout is more difficult than spending upwards of 3 months to earn an officer spot? And what do SOBDE do in relation to the rest of the server that cements them to be treated differently than everybody else in the aspects of respect? As you said, you do not know what members do in battalions to become officers. SOBDE is completely separated from the operating process that a battalion has. I do not claim to know what SOBDE tryouts are because I've never had the desire to go through them. All I'm saying is that everybody be treated equally rather than people believing that they are better than each other. And what does SOBDE do that forces them to work their ass off to stay in a squad? Again, I don't mean this to be hateful, I'm simply curious as I've never really had good experiences with SOBDE in relation to my battalion. And I'd like to change that so I can learn about SOBDE so I'm more informed.

+1 its really disheartening for me to cut a member for BVB just because they don't have max stats, I've even lost members due to them getting pissed off during a deployment because they were killed in one shot by an event job.

Not sure when, again I'm just curious. I'm just thinking that squad leads and BCMDs should have the same. And squad members should have the same as battalion officers

Why would squad members and leads get payed more than BCMDs and high ranking republic officers?

Neutral Ill give you the benefit of the doubt for the L2AP. But calling somebody a fag in game is considered hate speach. I understand that in most occasions their is no intention for it to be considered "hate speach", but regardless, it is still a server rule.

TBH you will never use it. The 327th version is decent in CQC. But out of that it is borderline useless. You guys already have an OP class with multiple weapons. What's the need for another one?

I mean if y'all really want the absolute garbage non-buffed shotgun go ahead. We never use the shotgun anyways after the buff. 1. Cuz it's absolutely garbage 2. The spread is random, and you will most likely be out DPSed by a DC15a depending on the range 3. Y'all have jet packs. And unless they are a saber user you guys fly away, so I don't really see much of a reason to get it when any other gun will do more damage. Neutral. a. You won't use it b. Literally our battalion buff might aswell take the 327th shotgun while your at it. We'll trade you for the 100 HP boost

-1 Dont force people to RP. Especially when that RP is waiting in a like for upwards of half an hour just to do a simple /me. And with the low numbers of base ops already, it would be very straining on the event and game master. Yes we should deploy out using LAATs, but that is simple. Waiting in a line is not fun. In addition to this, are you expecting game masters to set out an entire hour of there event deployment just so people can have their weapons checked? Do not try to force RP. Make it passive, if people want to do it they'll do it, if not then there isn't an issue. When you attempt to force RP upon people, the more they will start to resent it. If you want people to RP, encourage it don't enforce it. Yes it's an RP server, but from the experiences that I've had with most people, they don't get on the server for the RP. They get on for the community and other people.

-1 You've had many blacklist requests against you for constant arrests and multiple accounts of RDM. Also Berr is a temple guard, meaning if it was just an arrest it would be a player report. In addition to this there is no evidence saying that this was a wrongful arrest, rather you committed failRP and ERP which if consistent can lead to a ban. In addition to L2AP. Which is an instant ban. Therefore, you got off easier than you should have.

Um don't really think this needs a server suggestion. It's pretty much just common sense. If a ship is landing obviously don't stand on the pad, yet if they're just standing their during downtime I don't see any reason to make a rule. its just common sense TBH, if they're crushed by a LAAT because they attempted to stand under a landing LAAT. Then just arrest them for fail RP, or attempted RDM (attempting to crash the pilot of the ship). Simple as that.

+1 Looks great, some modifications might have to be made in order for preformace. Such as removal of the smoke, but otherwise could be a great addition to our growing event server maps!
