Neutral. Applicant through my experiences tends to rush/inconsistently train new recruits on the MRP server as I've watched him. This could pose a possible threat to his consistency and quality as a staff member on CWRP.

To be quite frank, I think everyone needs an attitude change on the server regardless of what rank or battalion you are in. It's fucking ridiculous how people literally rant in OOC more than they will ever RP. I'm pretty sure the group of people who constantly do it know who they are and assume it's funny or that it'll make their point get across better. That's not the case, it's literally deteriorating server population. My message to those who do it, STOP either that or leave. No-one enjoys it.

You've literally made it impossible for me to take this thread seriously. I've never had horrible experiences with Carter, at this point I just think it's emotional strain and such. I think everyone should just take a sip of water and relax for a second. Your execution and attitude toward every action you take does need to improve. In no way shape or form does a Community Director lash out on criticism and different opinions. This is spicey!

Dragon has only put effort and his best into RANCOR/ARC plus he juggling HA which I believe he is doing a fine job. +1 You deserve it my guy.

I'm not a previous regimental, however there is things I see. Yes, you literally do nothing as a Regimental Commander from what I've heard. I don't know this from experience but Regimentals are just there to set goals for battalions to reach. They're not really hands on with much and all they pretty much do (All they can do) is give suggestions on what needs to improve. Whenever they do try to step in, higher ups in battalions tend to get a little fucking offended because they feel like the reg is stepping on their toes.
