First being that I really enjoy the community here, I just recently joined maybe 2 weeks ago and I have had nothing but good interactions with staff which leads me to wanting to join the staffing team because they seem like a pretty serious team that I want to be a part of. I also want to become a administrator to help better this community and make it a better place for the player to enjoy playing here, It would also allow another body to help watch CCs to make sure they behave and help to not impede the experience of other players. Tell us a little about yourself (3 sentence minimum): I am a 25 year old male that works security. I just recently joined synergy after recent events on another server I had come from. I was a GM and Staff on the previous said server. I mainly play only Synergy now as well as dabble in some MMORPGS. I am also a very patient quiet person who has extensive knowledge in staffing(though its been awhile so I will need a refresher.) Do you have any previous staff experience? Yes I have ample experience as staff as I have been everything from a Moderator to a C.O.O of a community so I have experience at all levels of staffing. I was also a admin for some time on another big server. One I wont name of course. How much playtime do you have on the synergy server? I have 131 hours as of right now in the server. Yes I am quite new, new to the server. Not new to CWRP even remotely though.

I have to say -1 myself just based off what other people said and one perticular line in your app which is "But around the time I was Scorch was when I got bored of being RC and left to join a battalion." What prevents this from happening again especially holding such a important role as Gregor.

i see my point went over your head lol. All I was saying is don't try to justify what was done to our weapons via "lore" reasons lol.

If thats the case then why dont we have the DC-19. The gun we have in lore. Which is a 10 shot quiet as fuck gun? Our gun is not even remotely quieter then other weapons atm. It is still just as loud. Also since we are trying to logically make this lore like The shots would also be invisible with no tracer fire if we were trying to say they are making this more lore like. Yall need to try out this gun in battle then make a judgement call. Cause many of us have died just do to the fact that droids like to be hidden behind random doors and the droids shoot about 900 rpm and we shoot like 150 especially with droid health as of late. We just get fucked. Period.

Yeah the shown RPM in the c menu cant be legit. I agree 100% for these changes because as a SO i know first had how bad this is for us atm. It needs to be reverted or something. We dont have the 100 round 50 dmg shoots at a decent speed like 501st has. We have a 1 shot every 2 second gun lol
