Maymays was never banned for that suitation, he was only removed from Admiral. This has been a consistent problem with this case that everyone thinks it's only about Patrick which it is not. Regardless every interaction I had with Maymays after the ban was either toxic or shitting on the community so I don't believe he should be allowed back. Others that we banned for toxicity have come back and caused issues then end up getting rebanned again The only one who's kept his nose clean is Nightmare and he was actually able to get me to change my mind regarding his appeal.(not causing issues or being toxic after being banned) (Maymays violated the terms of his appeal again so his alt account has been banned again)

Some dumbass that didn't have to right to deny the appeal denied it and has been reprimanded and I moved the appeals back.

Yikes, when we tell you to put everything out there and you exclude some of the ones that make you look the worst. This is one of the more disgusting ones about the whole situation You also left out the fact that we specifically asked you address regarding Alfas removal. Maymays is making a new appeal with all the evidence and the accounts of what he did and nothing is going to be left out. Just going to be archiving this one

Weevil you probably would have had a successful appeal if you hadn't minged and broke rules the minute you were able to interact with the community again..... This appeal has been DENIED due to the poor community feedback.

As soon as we see flaming/instigation we usually immediately hand out warning points. Y'all would get real annoyed if you saw the pings HA+ often get for someone getting a warning point on the forums.

We actually investigate cases of forum rep witch hunting (someone going and dumbing every post you make without thought of content and the like) but some people just say dumb things. There is a distinct difference between disagreeing and dumbing. Disagree is like "You got a valid point but Nahman that not good with me" Dumb is like "That's some dumbshit you said right there"

Square and I usually go through and set people but sometimes people don't fill-out the form properly or we get behind with more important things happening (MRP Launch/Christmas) If anyone needs their staff tags on the forums just PM me and I will set them. Merry Christmas everyone

Peacock has ban evaded on many an occasion by creating Alt accounts/family sharing to get on CWRP. Ban evading is a permanent ban and with the amount of grief he causes staff team on server and TS is a community perm if I'm not mistaken similiar to the Jouii suitation.

So it's pretty plain the community has spoken regarding this ban appeal. but I will say that Alec will have the chance to appeal this ban again in 2 months. @Alec I suggest writing a more in-depth reason for appeal on your next one and try to get your reasoning across to the community. This appeal has been DENIED @Firat/Abi No one deserves negative rep unless they are being woefully ignorant or are actually saying stupid shit, getting negative rep for an opinion is big gay

Well not entirely correct. I said I wasn't going to make it a rule because I would get destroyed by the community XD. If it was passed through suggestions it might happen but would most likely be taken apart by the community.

(ARC takes 3 hours to get everything and longer if you fail and is once maybe twice a week) What truly pissed me off about this suggestion is the fact that 90% of the people +1 did not attend or give it a chance when there has only been one ARQ and it was an hour and a half ago. 91st poured their heart and soul into making ARF training more fun and incorporate BARC training so everyone could get the training in a quick 30mins a be on their way and be able to begin to use BARCs on the patrol. While I will admit I did act badly the first time I will not make an excuse for it. If people want to try to make a legitimate change to improve the server and the community I will defend them to the death because they are the people that will make a change for the betterment of the community. "those that try do, but those that do not try, do nothing" If you do not like that fact that it is a requirement for ARC then make that suggestion, do not shit on the effort of 91st who actually made something fun for people to do that hardly takes any time.
