Obvious it was a bit of the spur of the moment but that doesn't devoid you of punishment.
Ther comment I made was on the 6th of Feb, meaning you were banned almost 4 months ago, that is longer than most so I am willing to give you a chance, just know that doing it again is likely to end the same way it has now.

Whenever there was a time to change something fundamental about a training within the 21st it was sanctioned by a CMD+.I may also add that due to the confusing or lack of efficient officer trainings I was unaware that I possessed the authority to do such a thing. It was my understanding that CMD+ was only able to do that.
As to why it was not changed already something like this would require multiple people to look at the change and may not get passed through. As BCMD I could have Senior Officers advise about such a process and it would be passed through quick
21st had a thorough and effective officer training system as well as an NCO one, but they were lost in the wipe and before then and I felt like if I brought them back someone would say something about me making the "New" 21st into 2018 21st.
Back to you though, and you are one of the most capable officer/commanding officer in the batt, you are fun, friendly and approachable but also serious when needed and a capable leader in and off the battlefield.

You are capable of this position but you also have some issues, like everyone.
Mainly being activity especially when the server is quiet, which is fair, and sometimes you say stuff which doesn't really help you sound professional or competent BUT you do know how to run the batt, hence why you were Blackout anf then Commander.
+1 no one is perfect, you can do this, just remember to take other opinion and think over changes before running into them.

I do agree with the merits system being stupid
Hence why the 21st has one that I basically ignored and operated on a "time and known work" standpoint, especially for officers.
Otherwise, you are a good candidate and a capable leader. I wish you the best and you just have to remember, the 21st is not just SO, we are all 21st. But I know you already know this.

I see elements of my younger self in Misfit, quick to action jut sometime not thinking it all through.
Looks of passion but no patience. Take my advice, you don't have to make a decision in 10 minutes, sleep on it, think it through, explain it clearly.
You can do well and don't worry, everyone is nervous the first time they are BCMD

It's more due to my experience with him and lack of interactions. You could say it's a neutral vote but you can't do that anymore so it was either +1 or -1 and I chose the latter.

Along with that I dont remember you hosting many trainings or leading the battalion too often, this is probably due to the aforementioned reason of being in a channel with the officer hashing out plans. I wont delve to much into that as this is about you MCMD app and not the 21st wipe/rebuild.
As stated, I do believe you could do a good job, bit I can't give you my full support and endorsement, but I am happy to be proven wrong if you get it and exceed my initial expectations. HCs image is unfortunately skewed for me so I hope you may be able to improve that.

I have only really had 1 direct interaction with you when you were one of the officer to help "rebuild" the 21st. Your leadership as an officer was much to be desired as you were flakey and often sat in a channel with the other officers, not interacting with the general batt and often acting unbefiting of an officer in the 21st.
I know people change and that was a year ago but that is my direct contact with you as a leader and I was left wanting.
Your recent activity (and yes I know I am British so Timezones are a thing) is pretty poor, you've picked up recently but I see you plenty AFK on the server prior to tve past week which is a persistent issue for all of HC, not just yourself.
The only time we have ever talk was the time you reached out to me before posting this.
If you wish to respond and clarify some of the points raised then I am open to have this conversation. And I still wish you the best of luck in the interview.

There are rules for Tacs to prevent abuse. The main one being:
You can't place a Tac outside of base without a GMs permission. This is to prevent people resetting or changing jobs mid event, or as it says, re-arm ones self.It's not really enforced but should probably be, mainly its done for event deployment so that you don't steamroll. I used to get onto people about it but I don't do it much anymore.

I gave you my full review of the event prior to me getting off. But as a brief summary
3 - passive rp was nice, didn't get to enjoy the later jalf as I died and was tired as hell so used it as a reason to get off.
3 - decent amount of planning done but you fell into the trap of thinking you can get 5+ EJs on. This is never going to happen especially on relatively short notice. I gave the suggestion of contacting the BHs if you need EJs/people to bring areas to life as they bring RP with them.
2 - I have a good rig, my frames jumped around a lot, from 140 fps down to 60 and even 22 fps at one point. The server also did have a little crash or something but you did bound back from. Ping was fairly high throughout.
Might have been the map, tbh.

2 - A lot of the time we either had no idea what was going on or where to go, but was somewhat enjoyable.
2 - You did some nice building but the effort in the execution was lackluster

This is a long time coming, got to be honest. I tried to stay on the server but I have absolutely no urge to play on the server anymore, I was going to hang on to the new map or models for the 21st but I think I would perish from brain damage if I forced myself to stay any longer.
I have mentioned to people in the past that I have not been on the server for any love of the server or owners, purely for the people and the battalion I hold so dear. But now, the batt is in a good position with capable people ready to lead it, and the server... well it's moved on from what it was back in 2018.
4 year of my life on this server, 4 years of blood sweat and even tears on some occasions, and I wouldn't change some of it, some of it was ass but eh. I enjoyed all the people I have met along the way, the people who I have showed the server and then waved them good bye as they move on. I have seen serious RP, Minge RP and whatever RP we are at now. BUT, it is time for me to rest and enjoy other games, other things and just go out and enjoy life.
I will miss Synergy, for all of it drama, backwards thinking, unnecessary secrecy and IQ lower than my dogs... it was home.

I am very proud of what we have all built and know that you all will continue to do well. You will always be my home and I will pop into the TS or in discord just to keep tabs - PLEASE don't make me come back, I beg of you, you guys are the most likely to cause me to, give me at least 6 months XD.

@FyiIt was always nice venting a little bit with you and just discussing odd circumstances, I hope you don't burn yourself off of the server, but I am sure you know what you are doing.
@MaddoxxCheer up sunshine, you have another VA slot open haha! NGL, I kinda thought you were just a Dennis mindless crony when I first met you but OH BOY, was I righ- just kidding, you've proven me wrong and shown that you are switched on and genuinely care for the server.
@MazenYou may be a bit of a goof ball sometimes and we may have gotten on each others nerves but I wish you the best man, also stop eating so much deep fried Chicken from whatever the place was, then you won't have to ask us for money, haha.
@Omalic Weird old Swedish man, it been nice interacting with you and I enjoy the shenanigans we would get up to. I am sure you will do fine as HA.
@MavelleQuota... I hope the GM team continue you to prosper under your guidance and you overcome your fear of the Q word haha. Not going to lie, you will always be the best Wrecker as well.
@DennisWe may have been some of revivals or general pains in each others asses, but I now have a lot of respect and understand for who you are and what you do. I wish you good luck in the future, cut Water Melon in the High Staff meeting again.
@Heart[Insert clip of Heart Bad mouthing the Server management] It's always a breath of fresh air talking or discussing topics with you, I know we didn't talk 1-1 too often but I hope all goes well for you.

There are more but my brain is a sieve. I hope everyone enjoys their time on the server, but I regret to say, my watch is over.
I'll just be vibing in the 21st Discord and ONLY that one as I don't want to get 100 pings anymore as the funny red number upsets me.
