I think adding a room to brig or sobde hq for interrogations would be the best bet honestly

It has gotten to the point that Bro and I had to get together with Boutineer just to update the engineering doc because his subordinates have not provided any of value. Just because you see people not being promoted does not mean he's trying to keep all the power it just means he has actual standards that most of Base Ops have not met.
