+1 Tbh I've been in a situation like this. We might minge, but when we "lose" it, we kinda miss the actual memories that we had. I do believe that he can be a good guy, if he really wants to. It also seems like he wants to, since you would probably not do that much just to minge again.

If you left the commuinity then it does not matter. It will still show that you have been banned before. Just like the police.

Maturity does not only have to be about age. I have been staff(not talking about SR) before when I was like 12-13 and I swear, I was better than all the other staff, I was more mature and people really liked me, even adults.

HA should be able to deny a person if he thinks the person isnt good enough. Now, what is an interview? That's where you fucking find out if you think he's good or not.

Idea 1: Let event jobs spawn with a tool gun so they can no target themself. Idea 2: Make a shortcut CMD for no target and make it so it gets used automatically when you spawn in as an event job
