In my opinion with what is achievable in a shorter time with a real chance of gaining support or success is either asking for Stun Guns being added to all of the DS Jobs if they have their own whitelist. Second, ask if you can use the baton in RP situation. This has been allowed in the past since, well to be honest, its hard to accidently arresting someone unless its muscle memory. Not to mention it have the perk of already doing low dmg and can even stun as a added benefit. RP/Lore honestly doesn't matter as an argument as it really have never matter since balancing has been the focus. Its unlikely I will change my vote but that being I would encourage you finding a solution or middle ground just incase you don't get it.

Uhhh 100 damage is a bit much for policing use..... Like at max clones have 300 hp. Secondly, you have two tools for stuns which are fine. I'd be down if the dmg is lowered hard and they cant have stun guns on their WL. -1

This is funny. Alrighty my opinion is quite basic. As is, we host ARC trainings dominantly in EST based towards members in the Americas. EU times are neglected more cases then not. So wiping and moving trainings more spread out does nothing besides says we do something through out the week. That's the honest truth. Was to what we can change within the trainings I am for. I think Weapons and Tactics does neither of which it claims to train. Most of the tactics in the trainings are already taught outside of Rancor or are heavily outdated and or do not apply to Gmod AI. So for a rework of trainings I am for however I am against spreading them out since it offers no difference. Secondly, as for wiping the training. It will make no difference. We will get the same people with the trainings. All it does is say I reworked it on my description. Same goes for re-certs. Just a lazy wipe. People are more interested in passing then what is inside of the training. Now that is not everyone but that speaks for most of the server population. A good example is when we do re-certs. Looking at the test scores it shows most of them barely pass or don't know what we have down on our trainings. You know, I know. Conclusion. I personally want change to the trainings. I want to see them actually make people better at events so we can do harder events with more challenge that isn't more droids. So anything to move that forward I will always support. However, This change is not it. If I am honest this seems derived from experiences from other servers if I am honest. It also is long to be long. I would like to see a revise and my opinion might change however as it stands. -1 to Wiping ARC +1 to revise the Training.

How and Why? Why is this a thought?

Kinda playing devils advocate here to get some answers. So most Squad based subunits have 8 Slots or less. This would be WolfPack, Havoc Squad, and etc. I was wondering where you got the bases that you are lesser then the current set when new squads such as Improcco and Red Squadron have 5 slots and others also have 7? Secondly, Would the Specializations for the new and current members be shuffled or re-organized? Are we doubling up roles? Just strange to see someone else get similar roles to say Maze for example. Just a curiosity and I will not be voting. Just wish other squad based subunits that claim Alpha is inactive would also do the same and be active :D

@JosephI will be flipping my vote due to gathering context from someone vocal in Teamspeak. Next time avoid using VPNs to get on teamspeak from a ban next, it happens. Most of the time, they are contactable on the forums.

I'm going off the context provide and the rules based on a ban from team speak. If there is something I missed then feel free to inform me. However as I do not know who you are thats what I am going off of.

My opinion, The server on a good day always has one battalion suffering from numbers or consistency. If it was a battalion switch I could see the argument but personally I am against it despite their one episode, DU at least had something if minor something special about them. -1
