Well, if I get put into recon I'd be in a better position to help those battalions in need. That's why I applied. Regimental is as an overlook, and not directly involved I personally like, but at the same time, I can take action. I also don't want to deal with the politics of getting a higher rank in a battalion again.

It's genuinely not, personally I understand how it looks like a powerplay. I really just don't like the position I'm in, I only went into fox to fix the CG. I'm usually an ARF on most of the servers I play, not security. I also talked to all the commanders in those battalions 3/4 of them where completely okay with me running. I made sure none of them had any issues, and would be completely fine with it.

My first act as was to organize the regiment, and really change the fundamentals of what it’s like to be a CG. I completely scraped all of our documents, had Gene make us a new roster, and past down my ITD to our now Captain Andrews. With the help of our commanders they completely redesigned our style, and organization within the docs. Anything we do now requires some form of documentation. Furthermore we started a training program for the troops. Now every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday we’re busy doing training, and teamwork building. My second action as BCMD was stabilization. This is something CG Hasn’t had in a long time. I bought was a sense of security within our battalion which helped our stabilization, it brought a new feel to our legion.One of the ways I did this was making sure every soldier felt that he/she had a voice. We held a vote/meeting the day I applied for Fox, I made sure everyone knew my position and made sure they knew what CG was to become if I got Fox. They completely agreed with me, and now CG is an extremely close battalion. This was enforced by teamwork training, we grew closer together as a team. Now our guys play together on other games such as CS:GO, or GTA. My third major action as BCMD was general over improvements/enforcing chain of command/Respect. This included implementation of our training program, formations, and overall building relationships. Commander: When I was a commander of CG, I made most of my preparations for any and all changes that were to come when someone was to run for BCMD. I made a lot of major changes as commander. Unfortunately I didn’t have the full authority to completely change the CG yet, so I held it together. Working by my side, Commander Noodless, and Commander Reaper helped me to give partial stabilization. Sadly it was hard to keep since a lot of people were unfit for the position they were in. This was more of a testing period for anything and everything that I was going to implement. Other Servers: ------------------------General------------------------ On most servers there is a general, it’s basically the Marshal Commander of this server. I’ve been this position on a number of servers, and could write a three page paper on every improvement I’ve done. That being said I don’t want to waste your guys time, so I’ll go into small details about major improvements I’ve done in the past. Daily trainings, regimental improvements, and leadership trainings were just a few major things I’ve done and perfected on other servers. From an imperial era server to a Clone wars server. I’ve been in a lot of different changes. I was majorly known for helping to improve commanders, and a generally good person to have in charge on all of these servers. ------------------------Yoda------------------------ I’ve only been Grand Master Yoda on one server. My time was brief but effective. I took swift and precise movements when setting up jedi to succeed. I took no off days, and put the correct people in place. Zim was my order master at this time, and we made the council amazing. First we actually put in a system for jedi to get promoted, and established a hierarchy. The next action was to make everything lore friendly. With our knowledge of the movies, clone wars, and google we transformed how the entire council looked. Why should you become a Regimental Commander?: I want to become Recon Regimental Commander for a plethora of reasons.My first and foremost reason is to help the 91st. Usually on servers I join recon battalions, and was very close to joining 91st when I was cloned in kamino. Instead I joined CG with Zim, and WatermelonWolf and have been there ever since. I’ve worked with alot of 91st that have transfered into the CG, and feel as if I could completely turn around a cursed regiment. My initial action would to sit down with Buzz, and talk about how we can improve and systems we can implement within the 91st. I want them to grow closer as a team. My next step as Regimental Commander would be to have our battalions intermingel. I want them to get to know how each battalion/commander works. This will allow each and every trooper to know exactly what their position is and how they can improve. Aswell this would help deployments. An example of this would be if 41st got deployed with rancor, each commander would understand their role of the deployment. Other than that I would sit down with each commander and work with them on a personal level to improve there battalion. I WILL NOT Force anything to happen to an already thriving battalion, but if I and other commanders feel that something is wrong within a battalion I will be swift to action. My goal is to have the most thriving regiments under me, and I know I can achieve this goal threw my work ethic. With our current system even if they happen to fall in the same pit again, it’ll never be as bad. I restructured the general CG so it’s not focused on power either. No one power hungry will/should target CG. They won’t get very far. Didn’t you just become Fox like last month? Yes, I completely understand this concern, and I’ve already spoken to all the commanders of the Recon Regiment. ¾ were completely okay with me appling, and understood what I was going for. -1 If we where to allow senators to choose senate commandos, it wouldn't be efficient, and they wouldn't be active enough. Making it a sub branch of ST allows us to constantly put people into the branch allowing more senate commandos to be more active, and trained. We already have plans for senate commandos to allow them to contribute to not only the senators but the server. We're offering advanced Certifications for protecting VIPs and allow more troopers to understand the lore of SC. Yes they may be actual people, and yes they're different from CG but allowing them to be our sub branch will benefit the Senators, and allow the commandos more structure.

Steam Name: Xaze RP Name: ST Commander Stone SteamID: STEAM_0:1:54098310 Experience: I’ve been in a Battalion Commander Several times on other servers. On this server I’ve been LTC, and Commander on Synergy Roleplay. I’ve been to several trainings on the server, and have encouraged my troops to attend any and all trainings that happen. For example, yesterday I had ST join B-EOD Training. This allows them to have experience in defusing bombs. This could save several lives. Such is why I had them attend. I’ve been in several Commanding positions, and I know how to identify when a person needs to be promoted/put into a position where they’re most effective. An example of this would be my two most recent officer promotions. 2LT Crimson knows how to connect with the troops and guide them efficiently, and 2LT Andrews knows how to organize and lead our IT team. I’ve been playing Starwars RP for 3 plus years, and have gathered several tactics that could help the ST in every way possible. Such as our guarding formation. Instead of how our former commanders had it, we now have a set formation for VIPs. This allows us to more efficiently guard our senators, and any other personnel were presented with. The bases of the formation is a VIP Diamond with no VIP in the middle, instead he would be leading the formation in front. This allows our guards protect him from every side. With our increased run speed we can intercept any oncoming enemies, or block from the left/right. Furthermore, I can not only bring new formations and tactics to the squad, but teamwork. In the last month you may have seen our ST getting closer to each other, since I’ve been here. I try to do teamwork training as often as possible. Now with that being said the goal of the shock is to protect the ship from anything that may put clones, naval, or the chancellor in danger. Therefor communication is key. This team building training has allowed us to get more recognized for us being able to move around more efficiently now that everyone knows how to talk to each other. Why should you become Battalion Commander: I should become Battalion Commander Fox for a variety of reasons. The first reason is because I’m experienced with how a battalion should run, and can provide that outlook of hope for the ST that we so desperately need. Our last two Battalion Commanders have had activity issues. This hurt our Regiment extremely, we didn’t have a central figure we could look to that was active enough to know what was going on with our internal affairs. I personally vowel If I’m selected for this position I will not let the ST die. The second reason I should become Fox is how I’ve already effectively improved the ST since I’ve joined the battalion. If I’m Fox I can do even more. I will be allowed to change our transfer rules, fix our broken documents and release them without getting a higher ups approval. If know they’ll help the battalion I will no longer be placed on a ten year waiting period to get a response of, “denied” The third reason I feel I should be Fox is how I unlike many have so experience beyond this server. I can take formations out of our regiment, and provide better examples of how we can efficiently extract, or defend VIPs. This will allow us to gain more variety and attractions to our battalion. The final reason is how I lead. I get everyones opinion. I know how to tell a bad implementation to something that will actually allow us to improve. Unlike our former commander, I attempt to find how this will benefit our battalion if something is proposed instead of just denying the suggestion. I like communication with our higher officers, as long as we can keep talking within the higher ranks, the enlisted will feel more confident about our hierarchy. Do you understand the Lore of your battalion: Yes, I feel I know most of our Lore characters and what we did in the clone wars. We as the ST have already made changes that will go into effect as soon as we have Fox. This should allow us to become more lore friendly. Examples of ST Lore: ST were Cloned on Coruscant. The Chancellor prefers the CG to guard him over the senate guards. Availability: I also run a hosting company, so I will have to go into meetings and afk for a few minutes at a time to answer tickets, but overall I should be available 7 days a week from 6am EST to 12am EST. Estimate how long you’ve been playing Synergy Roleplay: I joined Synergy Roleplay around the Beginning of November 2017 Do you have a microphone: Yes Where do you want your Battalion or Squad to be at the end of your Term: I would love my battalion to be excelling at protecting the ship, and even more organized than we now. ST Reports: CPT Ragen: I would recommend xaze because is is a long time member of the shock troopers and is a very active commander and is one of the most helpful guys on the server and as far as I can tell xaze is a well respected commander and he also shows good leadership in the heat of combat and is one of the reasons that the shock troopers is as organized that we are. 2LT Crimson: My report on Head Commander Stone/Xaze is basically he is the most qualified to be the BCMD of Shock due to the fact in the short time I was in ST he was the most active and effective Commander. Commander Stone is strict and he made ST an effective unit and organized more effectively compared to the other commanders. He also allows other NCOs to shine and lead when the time comes they are effective due to our skills we have acquired from the glorious commander. The only other officers in the STs that qualify are our COLs, but we have come to group effort that he is the best choice. He has a better understanding inside the unit due to his position and I feel like if another officer receive the position of BCMD of ST, they would not understand what makes our unit effective and deadly. These are the reasons that I feel that Stone is the best and effective commander that we have and the best clone for the position. 2LT Foxy: The reasons I think Stone/Xaze should get the position of Fox are these: Xaze is one of the if not the most active troopers in CG, he is a great listener and pushes each one of his troopers to do their best. He does what most does not. He pushes PVT’s, PFC’s to lead events so they can show what they can do that is a fantastic leader to put so much trust in such a low ranking trooper. He puts so much time into the battalion and it shows. He runs trainings daily, PT ext. He keeps it nice and organized and i fucking love it~Foxy 1SG Asando: I believe Commander Stone aka Xaze should be made battalion commander fox for his constant and many contributions to ST. I've watched him climb the ladder all the way from 1SG to Commander Stone. He's kind and willing to do put himself out there for his brothers. Whenever the battalion falls short Xaze will be there to pick them up dust them off and send them back to their duties. He is great with seeing who is capable of performing what roles and promoting accordingly, and his leadership skills are outstanding. During events he knows the layout of the ship and where to position his men. Xaze is super active on the server and is on whenever he can be and most definitely Deserves the position as Commander Fox.
