-1 this is ridiculous drama, even when I was participating in events the gm would specially tell cg to interact withevrnt jobs a certain way, and they just plain didn't care, with my previous experiences like this, it all looks like a 5th grade argument. Yes Orlando could've handled it better, but it absolutely should not result in a demotion come on people there's a difference between malicious behavior, and a screw up. This is a learning experience for Orlando if anything.

-1, saying it should be removed because it’s a title not a rank is dumb because, battalion commander is the same. Either way this is all going off of the us army’s rank structure, not even supported by lore. Overall this is useless and would change nothing and saying “it’s a title not a rank” means absolutely nothing. If anything there should only be 1 person as a title rank at a time in the battalion but to up and remove them would do absolutely nothing.
