Let me just point something out. While I am at work, I am active in my battalions discord. They notify me of everything. I still make decisions and help run the battalion. Just because I am not 'actively' on the server doesn't mean I am NOT running my battalion. Ask my members... They will tell you that I am doing the best I can. Yes... I have been sick with a massive chest infection, and I am working a job where I am working 10-12 hours...but I am still there for them. My commanders know this. That is why they are in that spot... They take care of the battalion while I am 'away', and they know how much they mean to me.

So... I feel bad never actually disclosing why I had to leave head admin, or why I got it back. I also feel bad because I never thanked Joah near enough. So this is a public thank you. Essentially if you are outside my circle of friends here you don't know but basically my mother has a tumor and some pollips in her colon, she needs surgery to remove them and she has been in pain recently. I wanted to be there for her so I resigned head admin, when I spoke to joah and it came up, he pointed out that I was an idiot for not telling him and just taking an extended LOA. He offered me the Head Admin spot back because I was an idiot, because Joah would have made sure I could have taken the time I needed. Long story short people if you have life stuff happening or issues like that, let us know, we are supportive people and we will do what we can for you. I am always here to talk to. We are a family, we take care of our own here. On a side note her surgery is coming up and the tumor is benign, only the pollip was cancerous so we should be okay.

Im stealing this phrase from Medic Hold my Beer. No shit her officers run the battalion while she works, isnt that what they are suppose to do? "You dont have a battalion structure" Proof? show me? seems like its running fine. there are commanders, officers and some NCO's and enlisted. "You have people you are taking advantage of" Excuse me? Is having Commanders and officers and them doing their job while shes off working 10-12 hour shifts taking advantage of them? This sounds like sarcasm, like your saying it was a bullshit excuse. dont assume when you dont actually know, like she said she had a chest infection, me along a few others can confirm this. Do you know this for certain? Are you in their discord? If you aren't in any chat or group that is apart of the battalion i dont see how you can claim she doesnt talk to her members You say you have nothing against her but it sure seems like it, theres alot of subtle things inside this that seem like you hold something against her. I'm not -1ing this because shes my friend or simply because shes naavi. This seems more like a personal callout rather than you wanting to "help the 101st" If you felt so strongly about securing a future for 101st then you would have stayed and tried to help. Being a Battalion Commander (and yes im speaking from experience) is more administrative work rather than always being there. you appoint systems, officers, high command and if it all runs the way its suppose to then the battalion commander has done their job. P.S if you look at her profile she was on today October 19th 2017. So you saying she isnt on once a week is invalid.

Steam Name: [SR] Baxter|Atin [VA] RP Name: RC 22 Omega TECH Atin Skirata/Jedi K II Baxter Steam ID (SteamID Finder): STEAM_0:1:26780882 Battalion or squad you are applying for: Omega Squad Niner Experience: Icefuse 187th The 187th Legion was the first battalion I joined way back in June on Icefuse, for no other reason other than that’s where my trainer was from, and he seemed pretty cool. My time in the 187th wasn’t very long, only lasting about 9 days or so, but in that time I reached the rank of Master Sergeant. I ran tryouts daily, just trying to do my part for the battalion. Galactic Marines After I left the 187th to explore new opportunities, I found myself in the Galactic Marines tryouts. I transferred in, being given the rank of Staff Sergeant. I began to become good friends with everyone in the battalion and ran tryouts, as a Sergeant should. This is also where I started getting most of my trainings (ENG, MED, ARC, etc), after a while, I garnered the attention of the infamous Commander Keller. Keller extended me, along with two other GM, a chance to try out for Keller’s Unit. I accepted the invitation and attended the tryouts accordingly, passing them. Keller’s Unit Having passed the tryout to be in the Galactic Marines’ elite sub-branch, I was given the rank of Sergeant, as all new Keller’s Unit members were. I did what I could to help restructure the tryouts and get people interested. I slowly worked my way up to Sergeant First Class. Keller and I had planned to hold tryouts for Keller’s Unit that were going to be open to the whole ship to try and get our numbers up, but on the weekend that we planned to do so, the Icefuse apocalypse happened. Synergy Keller’s Unit After the transfer to Synergy, due to losing a few of our members, I was given the rank of 2ndLT. I and a few other GM got to work right away on rebuilding our numbers. If I wasn’t in some sort of Simulation or Training, I was doing tryouts. Due to my hard work, Keller deemed it necessary to grant me the rank of Captain. I was extremely honored by this opportunity and began to work even harder. Keller and I began to focus on the state of our tryouts, which wasn’t good to say the least. We began to rebuild them from the ground up, but shortly after we got a solid footing, the server changed maps. Not a huge deal, but it did set us back on our progress. At this point, I began to take interest in re-writing some of GM’s old training documents, specifically Engineer and Medical. After the server documents came out, I wrote the GM training docs for both disciplines, much to Bacara and Keller’s liking. After doing so, I was granted the position of Support Regiment Overseer, the head of the Support, Medical, and Engineer regiments of the Galactic Marines. The state of these regiments wasn’t the best, as there wasn’t much incentive to become an engineer as we didn’t have a skin for it, and people naturally migrated towards the Heavy or Airborne regiments, but I did what I could. I also began to write the documents for the Keller’s Unit tryouts. Sadly, not long after the documents were done, Keller decided to resign, and the Galactic Marines as a whole chose me to be their Keller. Now, I wasn’t Commander Keller for too terribly long, but I tried to do my best to set a good foundation for whoever would take my place next. I finished writing up the tryout documents and a Code of Conduct that would give new Keller’s Unit members an idea of what was expected of them. Getting people interested in Keller’s Unit was very difficult to say the least, as you had to be trained in everything offered on the server to even be given the opportunity to try out, but a few lucky souls were able to pass the tryouts. Unfortunately, as stated before, my time as Keller wasn’t long, as I began to feel that GM as a whole was in a bit of a rut and didn’t seem to be going anywhere, so I decided to step down and give someone else the opportunity to lead the prestigious Keller’s Unit. Omega Squad Now we move on to present day, where I am Omega Squad’s computer and technology expert, Atin Skirata. Being one of the two TECH experts in RC, it is my job to host trainings that members in other battalions can attend so they too can become TECH trained. I have partnered with Punda(who was Fixer at the time) to make an extensive TECH dupe and document to go with it. Using this dupe and document, we semi-regularly host TECH trainings, ensuring that those who want it, can expand their RP horizons. In recent times, with Niner’s absence due to real life obligations, I have been keeping the squad organized and trying to keep everyone happy. Why should you become a Battalion Commander?: I want to become Omega’s Niner because I believe that I have shown the dedication, characteristics, and qualities that anyone should look for in a good leader. I'm sorry Joseph but I'm gonna -1 this application. When we talked, I told you that yes, I was concerned with Naavi not being able to be on the server, and yes, it upset me a bit because of the fact that she trained me, watched me grow when we were both in the 187th, and pretty much mentored and groomed me into being who I am today on this server, but you should've tried contacting me, Rays, or Forge before putting up the report. Since we last spoke, she has been able to talk to us on an everyday basis, and we have discussed various things, such as how the 101st is Structured, and the roles each commander fills. We have improved our numbers, and have been able to turn over a previously inactive battalion to the point where it's being noticed. Naavi has even been able to start coming back on, though us commanders do not expect her to be as active as before, since she suffered from a chest infection, which is very nasty, and us CMDs are expecting her to keep up with her rest and to become active again when she's back to her healthy self. We understand the concern for the 101st, as new members to the community will encounter us, but we have been able to rebuild a structure, and plan on adding changes to it in the future to guarantee that the 101st is still structurally sound. If you do have any concerns about the 101st, I'd love to tell you what's going on as of lately, and reassure you that even though Naavi isn't able to be on as much as she wants to be due to real life, she is still leading the 101st through delegation and ensuring that the battalion isn't on fire running around in a pool of gasoline. -101st MEDL CMD Jirachi

Baxter is a solid person; they had some of the most well behaved conduct on the server and uphold the representation of 'Elite'. Baxter holds natural traits to be a leader, backed by his solid foundations and enjoyable personality. I can't think of anyone better to take Niner than Baxter. +1

The Good Good setting, love that Nar Shaddaa map. Decent story line, props for this being your first event. The Bad You broke Game Master rules by giving that Event Job a RT-97C, which is an Imperial Era gun. Not only that, but you decided to give him one of the most broken guns you can spawn. Overall It was alright, but that gun leaves a salty taste in my mouth. -1
