Halpert says that he would like the Coruscant Guard to be more like a family, that he would not like drama and that he prides himself on being their for his battalion, for anyone to bring up problems that they may have to his attention so that, in his own words that, they may improve. However that fact could not be further from the truth. Halpert has stated in the recording that he was well aware of the Coruscant Guard and the current transitions that was going on in Guard, before his arrival as Fox, however this was nothing but falsehood to govern the attention to get the position of Fox. As a result of this he had to be told that it was actually me as a matter of fact, was the one who made the biggest contribution to CG. That I was one who implemented and enforced new rules for the CG for when it came to training. The new changes I brought into the CG was a mandatory period of new recruits reading up on both the CG rules and the Clone Wars rules. I made it apparent that new recruits would have a small test based on these two things to ensure that they did in fact now the major rules for the server so that they would better enforce and punish rule breakers on the server. As a result of this policy our newest members have had a better understanding of the system to which the Coruscant Guard operates, many of you who may read this know that this is one of the many implementations that I have put into place. Many of you know me as the by the book kind of guy, if it is written down, it get's done. You have all seen me as either Stahl or Thire in the server, and you have all ways seen me lead the men in events and in the bunk. You all have stated to me that if there ever was a problem with the CG, I am the one you all go to. I have always seen my chat box full of PM's, or my TS chat because you have all seen me there in the thick of it and you know that I will deal with any given situation. I make it a point to socialise with all the battalions when I am given the chance, as you have all seen me doing my job at all waking hours. I pull an average on this server 27 hours every day. That's just the average that I do for the battalion not counting the last few days where it was 32 hours. I also do the majority, if not all the IT work despite being the ITAD, 80% of all the recruit tracker is logged by me, I then manage to do my Admin work, my TR work and everything else in between, so you will understand when I say that the current Battalion Commander understands nothing of what he preaches for when it comes to leadership or hard work. The first thing Halpert did as Battalion Commander was to promote a CG by the name of Keegan, that's fine, after all I have been told by Zander a Battalion Commander can do pretty much what they want, even demote someone based on nonsensical information or evidence.I even double checked to confirm this with Zander, I state a Battalion Commander does not need to have a reason to demote or to remove you of your hard earned and backed up position of approval from many a people on this server for achievements, they are allowed to do this on a whim, and in this case, Halpert did it in the most immoral way. So, after promoting to Keegan to CMD, and stating that he held the battalion together and putting it on a path of recovering, which Halpert was quickly reminded by not just a few people, but a fair few people that it was in fact me that did it. Onto the next point, as stated before, Halpert has said he intends to get into the action of the Coruscant Guard and to take the reins and to make this battalion "respectable again". Immediately following this, most if not everyone in battalion had said he was AFK. If you see him on, it will be him standing somewhere AFK. I have had jokes made that do we even have a Commander Fox because of his ability to not appear when needed, and from what I have been told by people before he even became Fox, he has a reputation of being inactive and not caring about the battalions he is in. When he is not AFK, he was in his personal channel, not the CG one, and since he has been Commander Fox, we have only ever seen him in one event. Not even carrying out arrests, leading the men nor carrying out any form of comprehensive work that was not already done or being worked on. You may be thinking what is the reason for this big long post, well here is the answer. In Halperts great words of wisdom, he regrets promoting "many people" to high officer positions. Ok sounds fair, nothing wrong with that, however after myself, having promoted an Officer who does work hard I would say, to LT Colonel. Halpert decided to promote said Officer immediately to CMD, but demotes me to 2ndLT. The reason for it. That I do not know how to lead, that I was not ready for said position, bearing in mind that Ultras himself, before he left, prompted me to LT, then shortly after I was promoted by Max and Tomas to the position of Captain when we still had the new ranking system. I must be doing something good to get this kind of recognition. I have also discovered that I am the most toxic person in the battalion, again I was never ever in any way state or form told of this, despite, other people in the battalion still coming to me to tell me their problems so that I may help them dealing with them. Even so far as real life problems. So I am quite confused when I hear these statements because if this held any form or nation, why did every single person in the battalion, since I must have joined, found it more palatable to approach me rather anyone else? If I was such a piece of shit, why is it everytime I go on patrol, all the people I used to know in the 212th and people I have met from other battalions, always have a good thing to say about me? Because Halpert is a self centered, person, who fears, someone who does his job, may want to go for a higher position one day, namely Commander Fox, something which many of you have said I should have gone for. Is it becasue I do my job Halpert and you know I won't let you get away with you not doing yours? I am one of the few people who will not judge you based on your wrong doing. If I was so incapable of leading, so Incapable of leading from a battalion standpoint and so toxic to where you have gotten so many complaints, something warrant losing 5 ranks, something so bad that Hitler himself looks good, why did you never bring it to my attention? Why did I have so many people sing my praise and approach me for help? I will tell you as to why, Halpert has no idea on how to run the CG effectively, and I can only see it, as many others have said to me at the time of writing this post, that he has a reputation of being inactive, and is not incentivised enough to be in this battalion to actually help. Here is a point I would like to make, I was told by Halpert, that despite the enormous effort that I put into my work on this server, that he wanted more people from GMT and European time zones online. I said ok it will be done, what do you think happened? I recruited a few people in, trained them up, I set out a plan and one of my best guys in the whole of the Coruscant Guard Jayden and to a degree Proxy have done more work than Halpert or the other officers in terms of recruitment combined. In a week alone Jayden was hitting them high numbers and all the while with me being there with Jayden and Proxy, also on answering questions about anything to do with the training, anything to do with, what should I do in these situations and things like that, Halpert would happily take as his own work. I will tell you this, those new recruits that we have, because of the mandatory rule system that I have put into place, we have had a massive increase in recruitment, a very little minge ratio in our new recruits, and all of our new recruits are now better at understanding the rules. But instead, I was told by a fellow Coruscant Guard member, that I was not to be told I was demoted becasue it was a secret, and as a result I based it onto Tomas to see what it was all about. On investigation, I was told that because I "was one on more than anyone else in the CG", and that Keegan should tell me. I was not told nor messaged prior as to what this was. I was told by another CG, who I might add was a new recruit, that I was demoted. So to sum it up, a new recruit was told before me, that I was demoted, and even then, I was not told the reason. I have to say to this to the entire server as a whole, do you seriously consider in stating that we are a server for the people, that you have a voice? Because when I had this problem not a single person wanted to give me the light of day, the only people where my close friends because was having an actual anxiety attack becasue everything I have worked hard at in this "game" was went up in dam smoke. My ideas and future in the CG, dashed away like some wet piece of fucking toilet. And when expressing my serious concerns the only result I got was your Battalion Commander can do what they want. Let me just state this. When you train your next Cadet, when you train your newest recruit for your battalion, just know, that they may just get used the way I was. I have been told by many people if it wasn't for me CG would be dead. But myself who has contributed the most, I have just had it thrown back into my face and my prospects for the CG have been ashed into the wind and stamped into the ground like some worthless piece if trash. All the while this has happened, the most inactive people and the people that do the less work keep their positions. I end on this note, based on what the results may be of this post, I will be leaving this server if this is not dealt with. I cannot in good conscious be in a server that states it listens to be people, but everyday I see in some form somone abuse their position, injustices that go unpisnhused, and when your hard work, that you put your heart and soul into, because you know things won't get done otherwise is casted back into your face. Enough is a fucking enough. Our serious concerns with the server are not noted as I have personally found out today because of this. If in the event I do leave, I will be ceasing all work on this server. All current projects that I am working on shall also stop. I will not be taken advantage of because I am a hard worker, and because I incapable of saying no, I will not be left in the same way, as with the way I was left to feel when I woke up at 4 am this morning to told this, and that I have had to wait all day with this riding on my shoulders.
