Hey guys So for context we have banned many people in the past for things of this sort for example we have banned people for saying "Cligger" which is a mix of clanker and the nword clearly. Most of theses scenarios are very light bans or even just warnings because we understand that obviously its not a real slur that these people are saying. But when there is clear intention behind a word like this lets be honest. He saying it to get a rise out of people which is what we are giving to him rn. HS has stated clearly many times to community members that mixing words to make clearly intended slurs is not allowed. Now for what happened in the scenario. Dan decided to hop on the server and within 5-10 minutes of being on the server decided to call an omega a "black boy" which is dictated in server rules many aswell in the past that referring to omegas as the color of there armor is seen as racism. While also following that he decided to come and call himself "spidigga/Spigga" which again has clear intent behind it. Even though he already had caused issues, I gave him a warning. I said dont say anything of that sort anymore and there wont be a issue. He ofc argued which is fine in the scenario I dont mind if he disagrees but thats what the rules state and what needed to be done was for him to just not say that word. Later I walk into Bunks were he is clearly just still spamming the word when I had told him to stop. SO he received a 5 day ban for "inappropriate conduct" after this being said he proceeded to go into the CG main channel and stir issues and later came into @Doc MECH RCMD office to argue with me more. Which i calmly explained to him why he was banned and that again there is clear intention behind what he said. Then asked for clips which I didn't share due to the clip that I do have being from a person who reported it. SO it not my business to share his clips. If hes unbanned thats fine but from my perspective and many others he clearly was creating issues and by the name of his appeal being "spadiggaloid dans ban appeal" I think hes just proving our point.
