Bro from the 3rd person clip you can clearly see he steps in and he was doing this over and over again he was warned 4+ times you can see me in the clip I was there and heard it LOL This guy was also intentionally trying to crash peoples games!

This was done Yesterday I pushed the fix to them and is currently working.

Im ngl I keep seeing the defense that "Soup is okay with it" or "soup doesn't mind" This is absolutely disgusting to use as a defense Soup is a 14 year old child that was okay with it because he was trying to look cool in front of a group of people he looked up to. The age of consent 30/50 states find that the age of 16 is the lowest age to consent to any "Sexual Content" the other 20 states is 17 or older. This is a child a kid who is trying to play a video game and doesn't understand what is going on. Majority of people who have said things on the line of what you have said got a perma ban. you're lucky you only got a 1 month ban. Even if soup wasn't a child why would it be okay for you to say that to someone? This person is uncomfortable to tell there parents how they feel. You don't even know this person enough to know there age or anything from what you claim. So why is it okay for you to make such a hurtful comment in the first place? I think you made a comment and yes I think you made a mistake but I do not think you should come back now. I think you did something you should take responsibility for and sit our your ban so you don't do it again. 2 weeks is literally an LOA. Yes you lost you GMOD and Staff perms but lets be real you're gonna comeback and grind again and get it back sooner then you should. The situation you claim wasn't handled properly when me and 3 Cord+ discussed your ban for 2 hours before you were banned so that is completely untrue. DISGUSTING THAT THE BLAME IS BEING SHIFTED on a 14 year old who quoted a conversation. YOU are an adult own up to your wrong doings and stop going around talking about this like its the weather be disappointed in your actions and show what you did was wrong and this would be an completely different convo. My take as the person who handled the ban thank you all. -1 comeback in 2 more weeks it wont hurt.

Dude.. Talk about C H A O T I C am I right anyways since I've been BCMD through this I'll give my opinion. -1 To start off there's a LOT of gaps in this appeal but ill just pick at some.. 1. This was NOT a "Semi Private discord" it was the Rancor General voice chat that anyone can access 2. Soda MULTIPLE times stated with you in the channel that they were below the age of 18.. To the point you yourself said they were in 8th grade, once again in a open channel with others 3. Please finish the full quote if you are going to mention it, the full quote was "She doesn't know you take it up the ass".. I say this because this WHOLE situation is identical to a similar situation we had last year which caused the person to be perma banned. Regardless of my vote, these type of situations should have a more consistent punishment so it's not a mess every time... Anyways what you said was wrong absolutely and should have had some sort of punishment, if the higher ups think you did enough time I guess we'll see

Im going to express my opinion on the matter from someone that hasn’t been involved in the situation. If I can be completely honest for as long as I could remember, we had a very firm stance on any sort of inappropriate jokes made about children or underage individuals as a whole. Whether you are truly sorry or not I’m not sure but I can tell you from experience that we had banned people for less in the community for these type of jokes I don’t think a month is that long if I’m being honest, but I personally believe that if you were truly sorry then you would just accept the ban. from what I’ve heard you started talking to everyone about the ban making more controversy about the entire situation which in my opinion just made the situation worse. Overall, the main reason for my vote is the way that you handled the situation after the ban by stirring the pot rather than just reflecting on your actions I personally think you should use the other two weeks to truly take some time away from the server. I do think it was an honest mistake, but as I said before I don’t think you’ve had time to truly reflect on your actions and truly understand how seriously the community takes such inappropriate jokes. -1 Edit: please understand, regardless of someone’s age you should not be making pedophilic jokes in the community, especially if you do not know someone’s age.

+1, a blatant overaction to someone who has been a pillar of the community. This should have been handled better, and instead he's been treated like the devil by even the staff team. This situation that's been overreacted to resulted in a player who put so much time, effort and absolute passion into the server and set him back to ground zero, he has to work for his ranks again, his duties and even staff position unless the staff team here decide to put a blacklist on him for something blatantly overreacted to by the very same staff. This has been utterly the most disrespectful and tactless responses by staff, and little to no care to taken into this case. A Giant L

-1 this guy has spent the past 2 weeks showing absolutely zero remorse for any actions he did. He has gone into any channel willing to listen to talk about these jokes he has made. We are zero tolerance for anything with minors, I don't see a reason why this should be an exception. I do not believe that PJ believes what he did was wrong, but moreso a circumstance of the situation.

Me messing with people doesn’t have anything to do with this situation, stop trying to use other things to justify what this cg does. And I completely agree with the other guy who said personal lag doesn’t mean I entered. And by “harassing” do you mean me literally sitting outside of command not even inside, when they came up to me? At that point they were harassing me because I was there first and they were trying to make up their own rules saying the sign marks the start of the entrance, when it really doesn’t, it is an indication of whom may or may not enter the building. The door itself is. I can’t control what other people see on their screen however I can’t control mine. It’s clear as day on my screen I didn’t enter, meaning that is the 100% truth because I’m the physical being who was controlling me, not them.
