In the video he spawns himself a "PLX-1" rocket launcher, and fires it at explosive canisters in a small room with a total of 7 people, killing all of them, himself included. Rules broken in the video: Clone Wars Server Rules -Section G: Weapon Rules and Roe Rocket Launchers & Explosives should only be used on groups of enemies (3+) and vehicles. Rocket Launchers & Explosives should not be used indoors, caves, or the village. -This goes for any map the main server is currently on. 4. Rocket Launchers & Explosives should not be used where they will damage yourself or friendlies. -Killing yourself to kill an enemy is AOSable, Killing a friendly trying to kill an enemy is AOSable. Staff and CG Arrest Guidelines: -Section A: Staff Rules 2. Never disrespect players, never spawn weapons for yourself in roleplay. (Except for events by permission of Game Master or testing weapons in a private SIM). -Do NOT spawn in anything from the following categories unless given permission by VA+: C&C, Omega Punch, Long Revolver, UNO Reverse Card, SCP 173, TF2, TFA Daxable, MISC, (Do not touch). -Section C Punishment Guidelines (Staff and CG) Major Offenses 1. Mass RDM - 5 Day Ban A. RDM of 5 or more players is a 5-day ban. B. Accidental Mass RDM is on a case-by-case basis Explain the situation: Shroud posted a video to the Clone Wars RP Discord, that shows him spawning a "PLX-1" rocket-launcher for himself and committing mass RDM. He blatantly broke multiple rules and even tagged a "Head Admin" as he's confident nothing will happen to him. This was not accidental mass RDM, this was intentional. Everyone knows what will happen if you fire a rocket launcher indoors, and especially at explosive canisters. I asked Shroud if he had permission from the Game Master. Zeroes responded representing himself as the Game Master, saying he gave Shroud permission "telepathically", High Command covering for other High Command has been a long on going issue. Even with permission to spawn the launcher, he used it to commit mass RDM. High Command need to be held accountable to the rules, they apply to everyone. Have some integrity. Evidence (If applicable): Evidence is still posted by himself in the "#Memes" channel on the Synergy Roleplay Clone Wars RP Discord. I am unable to link the video here but I do have it saved for whoever is going to enforce the rules.

I have nothing but the best intentions for this community. Hence why I spent the time making the report to hold the staff member who broke the rules accountable. "Targeting" I don't even know the guy, but I saw him violate multiple rules as a staff member and post it publicly to the Discord, so I reported it. I am involved in the community, and would be more involved if the rules were enforced fairly, but they are not. I was present for this situation in Discord, I witnessed it. I believe this was misconduct with multiple rules broken.

/me uses serious voice This doesn’t seem to be a report with good intentions. If shroud didn’t receive any disciplinary action with a HA present it doesn’t seem like it impacted anyone involved in a negative way. If anything, this report is player targeting from an individual that isn’t involved with the community and hasn’t been since early 2024. It’s one thing to call out actual bias and misconduct from staff and High Staff, it’s another to go looking for it with people you’re not involved in, and situations you weren’t present for. If he did receive disciplinary action already then this report isn’t necessary.
