Ok, this may come off wrong, but this has gone on for far too long. Whoever the fuck is training staff members and NOT telling them to use STEAM IDs needs to be fucking removed and demoted and should feel very bad about themselves. I, myself, was banned EXACTLY LIKE THIS LIKE A WEEK AGO! AND NOW PEOPLE ARE GETTING BOPPED LEFT RIGHT AND CENTER BECAUSE THE STAFF TEAM HAS NO CLUE HOW TO BAN!!!! Absolutely horrendous and embarrassing. To those who are saying "nO wE wErE tRaIneD toO uSes SteaMID", you clearly are either A) One of the few who didn't have a terrible trainer or B) Clearly ignore the fact it is happening, because I've ran across so many people who kick/ban by name. Unbelievable.

Okay so as for this ban, i was the one who banned him. I did use the steamID grabbed from this individual. However i was unaware there was a person changing their name, Due to this i ended up banning the wrong person as i had only seen one thatcher at the time. They had a really fast name swapper because it was about a 5-10 second window before i banned. I apologize profusely however, after being told it was someone who was using a name changer (around 3 minutes after the ban was done), i immediately contacted an HA about your ban, regarding your steamID, so i don't know if you're unbanned yet, however you should be soon. I apologize once again, however i think the name changer has been stopped. "I hate danish people" - Dragon after encounter someone who had been doing this exact thing. EDIT: I spoke to an HA About the ID you have provided, it has no bans on record, so i believe you have been Unbanned, you should be able to get on server. (If you are unable to get on still, then the SteamID you have provided is different)

So for anybody who doesn't speak French or the Canadian dialect of french He is saying that he is not the person you are talking about and that he is just from the same region of Quebec as the person who was banned and insists that his account is not a new account. (My personal view on this is a +1 as I don't see any proof proving his statement otherwise.)

Channel key was never made to be used on every public channel, honestly believe it was made for the HA+ team to use on their channels, without needing to give channel admin out as it allows editing, etc. Channel Key is basically just allowing access to a channel regardless of password or join power (allowing people to join Joah's channel for example without "Community Legend") Channel Admin is the default group that should still be assigned by Head Admins. Channel Ban is not something to be used very often as it's permanent unless manually removed by someone like me. So for example, a CMDR decides to ban someone from his Battalion channel, but once he is replaced, and the person he channel ban isn't black listed, should still be allowed to join said channel. Again, these channel moderation groups weren't made to be extensively used by the public, but more so tools for the HAs and other Admins to use as their desecration.

The hard work and dedication aspect has never been something that's saved a battalion in the past, sadly. So many legacies get terminated just because it befits the server. There was talk of a lot of people wanting to help Foxtrot, but you would have to sort through the trash of people who actually want to help and people who just want to be Republic Commandos. We don't need anyone in the squad who's in it just for the status in this state. I've seen it personally with the wiping of Base Ops for example; people didn't want to help, they just wanted to be in the ashes if the Directors somehow decided they wanted to keep it around -- making them shoe-ins for positions they didn't deserve. Sadly that's what I could see. You may save Foxtrot and get a full squad all over again, but chances are, only one of the members will actually care about the squad and the rest will literally just be filling the position. In my personal opinion (get your pitchforks ready), I think the amount of Special Forces on Synergy is way too much. Everyone is an ARC Trooper and everyone wants to be an ARC Trooper or Commando because just being a trooper is boring. There's nothing "special" about being elite anymore. I don't want to be on the same boat as the people wanting Foxtrot gone, because frankly it doesn't concern me, but the future is certainly looking daunting.

There's a whole lot of evidence of wrongdoing and shady shenanigans here. You also use the defense of "I make mistakes, everyone does." yes, everyone does make mistakes, but sometimes, people have to learn that actions have consequences or else, you can't learn from them. In regards to the witch hunting in revenge to getting removed from ahsoka, just seems petty and the sense of entitlement from these chat logs and screenshots is astounding. You were removed for multiple reasons that are very apparent and I can tell you as a person who has been a former master and been playing star wars RP for a pretty long time, these things don't just happen without a plethora of evidence and MANY reports. A word of advice from a person who got removed from BCMD position of almost 2 years and blacklisted from that battalion for no real reason, warning, or consultation by people, take it and move on, improve yourself where you can, and be humble on your next go around. In regards to the "spent too much money to be demoted below knight" is just beyond stupid and proves that you should be demoted below knight in the first place. Here is my side. You guys seem to think I am a bad person. In which I am not. I may make mistakes, everyone does. I will make it clear, I am not witch hunting anyone. I am not too sure when I was pitting people in the Sith Temple, I know I got pitted a bunch of times and would pit back, but I wouldn't just pit people for no reason. I am also not sure when Cloud ever cloaked and came and spectated me, I truly don't remember that ever happening. Sniff got removed Ahsoka due to something he did, which I was never aware of. When Sniff was using adrenaline, I wasn't trying to get him removed from Ahsoka, I was simply letting staff members know that he was abusing the adrenaline glitch, in which other members in the sith empire saw. I then had brought it to the forums due to the fact that I had read the server rules and jedi rules, and only in the server rules had it talked about exploiting glitches. I then had talked to Scribbles who said the jedi rules needed to be updated, as the past yoda had not updated it yet. He passed the trial, he earned the role. After dealing with the Sniff adrenaline deal I was giving tips to download a screen recorder to record my gameplay, in which I did. I then record everytime I hop onto the server. I didn't just follow certain players around in hopes of catching them do something wrong, its boring, and its not fair to anyone. While playing on the server people are constantly bumping into one another multiples times, I liked to spend my time mostly in the temple working on my sparring or teaching sparring. When I am in the temple I am usually in the Dojo or the library trying to roleplay. Most likely other Jedi's will be there too. The Ahsoka thing between Elijah and me the screenshots are right there in the report to show what was said between Elijah and me. Last night I was online and 2 CCs were in need of a trainer, I then pulled trainers, I didn't pull cloud first, I pulled other trainers first. The trainers I pulled however were AFK. So I pulled Cloud and he was deemed AFK. So I then asked the CCs who were waiting well beyond 15 minutes for a trainer to please make a ticket, and whoever takes that ticket will be their reserved trainer. Cloud then took that ticket, in which when Cloud came to CC who made the ticket I then told him that he was to train the CCs. I was then talked to by Valdor about the CCs making tickets for a TR, in which it was now made a set and stone rule, which I will be following. I was not trying to be sneaky or shady, I was simply getting these CCs a trainer. I would of done the training myself, however it was too late at night for me to be using my microphone. Lastly, when I was demoted to youngling and blacklisted for a month, there was giggling and laughing happening within the channel. People can have their opinions and say it didn't happen, but it did, and unfortunately thats what happened. And here's what happened tonight. Mike Odinson was named Ahsokas promoted to youngling, in which I noticed that and assumed it was about me, maybe I was wrong, and when I talked to first a senior admin, I then was told to go to a head admin, in which I talked to silvers and let him know what was going on, in which silvers went and talked to Mike, and Mike was constantly changing his name back and forth and kept ending at Ahsokas promoted to youngling, in which it was then brought to a directors attention, in which the director let me know it could be directed at anyone, in which I respected. But then Mike had also changed his name to If I was 13 id kill myself, as I had brought up that making fun of anyone that had gotten demoted may end up getting someone upset. And I brought up a player who is known to get upset and say he is going to harm himself, and that is when Mike changed his name, in which silvers saw and also let the director bananaberry know. When that was all dealt with Mike ended up being permanently banned from teamspeak by Dragon, in which Rexko came into the channel I was in and told me I went too far, in which I said it was not up to me whether he was to be banned or not, I simply let the head admin and directors know of what was going on and how this could affect other players of a younger age, and Mike had his chance to speak, it was the directors decision. In which then Rexko left the room, came back a few minutes later and told me Smalljeff had blacklisted me permanently from the Jedi. For the new "evidence" provided: I did go to the Omega trials, however, they were not even started yet, you guys were still setting up and adverting. And I had left before the trials were to begin, and was going to leave anyways because there was going to be a staff meeting starting. I had thought it was okay if I could change my name because if you see from the screenshots of chatting between Elijah and I, he had changed his job, and his name to interrupt a trial. Elijah was my mentor he had helped me out since I was a youngling. I had thought it was okay, and when I was told not to do it again I listened.
