This idea will never work, we are not giving staff powers to anyone who has not put in the work effort. If you work hard you can raise through the ranks quickly I'll use hero for an example. He made it to Game master in 3 weeks and hosted events as a Game Helper with a master shadowing him. Karma isn't events staff but wrote a huge event that Game Masters volunteered to run with him and it's already shaping up nicely from the effort. TL;dr we don't give anyone Game Master who can't even show they want to work for it.

This doesn't have to be just an application also I don't believe you learn how code works/file size, etc as a staff member. Also as a game master you don't need to know any of that, you're able to give game masters an introductory training on how to effectively execute their ideas for events which this can be done on the event server. I think you were meaning lag to the server if so all you have to do is put that into an introductory training which even before this it's common sense on how to keep lag down.
