How good are your Communication and Leadership Skills?:My leadership skills are up to pare. I am an battalion squad leader. I have training leadership with the help of the arc program. Yes they can always improve, no is ever perfect.

Give us an Event Idea that you would like to Produce:3 parter. Droid rescue, Rigged plans, and Attack on secret base.
1st part.| We get a distress call from R2D2 and 3CPO detain that they have required information on the CIS plans on making a secret base on the outer rim. We go to the location of the signal to retrieve the droids. The planet the droids are located on is a dense uncharted planet unknown by the republic. The CIS is knowledgeable about their information is stole, and is monitoring the rescue by the spy droids. We are unaware of the spy droids watching us, so we head back to the venator with out having a single causality.

2nd part.|  This is a few days after retrieving the droids we have the plans about having the CIS secret base location. We are in neutral space. Thinking that we are safe and are able to transfer the data to Coruscant. The CIS have been tracking us with one of the spy droids on the ship undetected. The CIS fleet come out of hyperspace ready to get back their precious information back. The lead of the attack is General Grievous. The sends in waves of droids to get back the plans. After getting word of his droids being destroyed he goes on the ship to get the plans back himself. While the battle is going on, we try to upload the plans before they reach the bridges. Grievous kills over 100 clones to get to the bridge. Slaughtering all the naval on the bridge with the plans uploading. When he reaches the bridge he finds out that he was just too late to stop the download. Grievous get super angry and calls for a immediate retreat of his fleet. This is one big win for the Republic.

3rd part.|  We have studied the base plans and we get ready to make our assault. The CIS have prepared the engage us with a massive army of droids ready to fight. This is a massive assault on the secret base. Having about 11 battalions ready to fight. The Jedi and troops get their briefing on what to expect. They send in scouts to make calls on where the best spot to engage is. The scouts come back to tell the troops the information. Tanks and walkers are moved into positions ready as artillery support. The troops move and attack the base. The fight is a heavy but lucky a few battalions make it into the base. The troops on the inside make their way to the operation room to stop any further communication with the rest of the CIS fleets. We were able to jam radio signals. After taking over the base, bombs were set to destroy it. Leaving unable to be retaken and be able to operational again. We call a hasty retreat and hyperjump away leaving a message to CIS that we will defeat them in this stalemate war.
