We currently have no Intercom and even when we did have it, It was difficult to tell when it was turned on and was always being abused the voice Amp swep can be given to certain jobs and GM's can just give themselves it if they need to speak to everyone during event. With this swep you can also set a distance so if you want to talk to people in an area but not everyone on the server you would be able to. Add a Hotkey to like right click or something that plays a soundwave like the old intercom to let people know the "intercom is in use." The voice amplifier swep comes with 2 modes, Green mode which is a small green area that can be increased each left click or right click, and Red mode which is accessible by admins only and allows you to talk to the entire map without needing to extend the circle. You can see the circles in 1st person mode, idk about 3rd person.
