Why did you leave the staff team?: I was overworked and inactive due to school, work, and volunteering. Why do you want to rejoin the staff team? (3 sentence minimum): I miss being able to do things on Synergy. I want to get back those old memories and make new ones too. I want to know the new admin system since I heard thats fun to use. How do you feel your previous time as a staff member went? (3 sentence minimum): The first time I was staff went really well, I enjoyed the feedback I got and the expirience I recieved. My most recent time as synergy staff went poorly though, as I didn't put as much effort into staff as I wish I had. I want to make up for that and go back to how I was my first time as staff, doing deployments, hosting events, helping people. Do you understand by reapplying to get your previous rank back that you will be tested on your knowledge of the server rules and practices?: Yeah, and if they haven't changed since 2021 then I should be solid.
