Add suppression

Suggestion: Add a visual addon that creates a suppression effect when bullets land near you.

Implementation: Workshop addon + Development

Workshop content if applicable: https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2599597450 + Development. More visual effects with clientside options to intensify, reduce, or turn off suppression. May need to be tweaked to work with our weapon base.

To clarify: This is a strictly visual addon that can be turned off by the user in its native state. The intensity of the suppression, as well as how quickly it builds, can all be changed as well

I am only ok with this if it is off by default and you can opt into using it by console command or perhaps something on the C menu. If those are possible this is a +1, if not its a -1.

You can turn off both addons i just suggested in either the q menu or console!

Thats in single player, making them mods on the server that you need to connect you could disable the ability to turn it off. Why its important to make sure that condition is explicit. That and off by default is important for me as well.

I definitely agree, I don’t think they should be on by default/mandatory to play
