Undead Blue Commando

Description of event/encounter (required if no document provided):
An infection broke out on a transport Venator that the spec regiment was traveling on. They crash landed due to the outbreak and had to survive many grueling trials even attempting to save the beloved blue commando. They were able to repair a comms device and get picked up by a nearby fleet with the dead blue commando in hand

OOC: Sorry for the scuff. We tried something out on a new map and sadly things did not go as planned. it has been noted and we will make sure future spec deployments account for this.
We do hope you enjoyed the post GM_FORK section big shoutout to Jova, Conrad and Marsh without whom this event would have fell apart.

So this event was pepega. I don't think anyone can really doubt that. Real life things happened for bacta, and you know what thats ok. Bacta please don't stress about it, live > game OK, we still all love you. For day/Jova/Marshh/Caidoon, great work guys. I know i was just a player turned event job in your time of desperation, but thank you all for powering through. I know you guys kind of had 0 direction and we where all just spit balling some ideas to make this event not just be 0/10's across the board. I don't know about you guys but I at least had a good bit of enjoyment being blue commando for you all.
In situations like this you can't really give good feedback. This didn't go how anyone wanted to, at all, and that OK. Situations like this teach us how to be adaptable, and how to be able to think quick on our feet. These are good skills to have in life and I'm happy to have helped you all. Players please be understanding, realize why this event was pepega and look critically on the things that can be controlled, don't just flame them for a poor map and bacta having real life shit pop up. It happened and they are only humans trying their best to entertain you.
For the blue commando zombie role play, that killed my voice but i tried to be a monster from your nightmares.

6/10 I am not goin to lie I was lost in the story line the only consistency I seen was zombies and a virus. Other then that it was interesting map choices followed by somewhat of an attached storyline through out.  Spawning wasn't bad. But at times it was rough. Now I didn't truly understand how we found a derelict venator but I know some one hit the Hyperdrive button early I wish their was a consequence for that. So it would teach people to stop being dumb. I appreciate the effort made into adapting and making the event happen and I appreciate the jobs who assisted I was just a Little Lost. But I Did enjoy being the gate guy at the village.

Ive got no idea how some people are rating this above a 7/10.

I'll give this a 4/10. Yes, alot of issues occurred that weren't in your control and It is frustrating. You did manage to pull back and make something out of nothing to try improve the event, but it had unplayable lag for majority of the event and it was just not enjoyable. I do like the actually story line of how it was part 2 of the previous event, but with lag, making event up on the spot to try make something, it just wasn't that enjoyable for me.

But we do still appreciate the effort you guys put in to actually try give us entertainment and still make the deployment happen for us.
