Description of event/encounter (required if no document provided): Within this encounter Trandoshans attempted to seek diplomacy after the murder of their kin. SOBDE pilfered their ships and commited a few war crimes. But they fixed things and sent the trando's on their way after some protestors turned violent and killed some peaceful ones.

I like passive RP events a lot- this is one of those things that ran for a long time and made it feel like the server was much more alive than it was with so many people deployed.
