Tell us why you want to be an administrator (6 sentence minimum): Personally I think I could bring a nice aspect to the admin team in assisting with events or making events of my own. I think I can have really creative ideas for training stuff. Not only that but usually when I am on there is very few admin, and most are AFK. I also think I could bring some pretty good ideas to the table for helping the future of Synergy CW server. I can assist more in training, whitelists, and if any admin are around, I will most likely be there, because when everyone sleeps is when I am awake due to how far behind everyone I am.

Tell us a little about yourself (3 sentence minimum): Personally I like to think that I can be creative, always making an attempt to mix things up and keep it nice. I am also a major night owl, so I am good for late night stuff, meaning it gives people like Reee and Shpack to take a break from having to host events. I also like to think I am pretty helpful, as if I think someone is struggling, I most likely will make an attempt to help them and make sure it's easier to finish.

 

Do you have any previous staff experience? If yes, please elaborate on what you have accomplished: Unfortunately I do not have previous staff experience on a Gmod server

However remember that if your application gets accepted, there are multiple staff members that always will ask your questions. Don't be afraid to ask questions and don't be afraid to request help if you fucked up, we all made mistakes and I wish that I wasn't afraid to ask when i started my career of being a staff member 4 years ago.

This is an interesting case. Personally I would state that you need more hours on the server before applying. (I know the rule is 75 and you’re at 78, but still) However with the current feed back from other community members I’ll give you a +1
