Implementation: Add jobs under the Republic Medic category and remove anyother medic job including SOBDE. Actually remove SOBDE too. The republic medics will do everything medic related, start beef with naval, not heal people and be great as usual. Obviously I will be BCMD and Darth Vader. Since I'm suggesting Joah's best ever decision that means it gets auto accepted and implemented within the week.
