Why do you want to rejoin the staff team? (3 sentence minimum): To help keep staff activity going especially during off hours when a staff member may be needed, as I work the night shift and during the week have more time to play later at night. I want to provide the best service for our server occupants when they play rather its setting up a tryout dupe, white listing or handling a difficult person that's being rather difficult. I feel that I may be more qualified and ready for a staff position now then I was in the past, as I have a better understanding micromanaging and management all together. I have always tried to be as helpful to my superiors and subordinates as I possibly can, asking them rather need help, want advice or have a problem I can do my best to fix, as I do fancy myself as a good problem solver,and have very much experience in troubleshooting in a great many aspects. How do you feel your previous time as a staff member went? (3 sentence minimum): I feel that I was a valuable asset to the staff team at the time, as I was helping with creating dupes for the SOBDE and placing them on a daily. I had been on top of white listing for the most part, especially when there was a mass amount of new CTs coming in being as I had taken the TR route as opposed to the game master route, and I was apart of overseeing the CT Training's. Which brings me to my next part, I was a TRO while granted its not the highest TR rank it still had its responsibilities that I was sure to always keep up with, as well as try to go out of my way to assure that the training of our CTs was the very best that we could provide. I don't feel I ever let down my staff team or my fellow players as a staff member or a TRO, and would happily do it all again, provided I am given the chance. So in conclusion I feel my overall performance as a previous staff member was very good however like anything could always use improvement on anything I may have slacked in. Do you understand by re-applying to get your previous rank back that you will be tested on your knowledge of the server rules and practices?: I understand and consent to a knowledge test of such upon possible approval of this application. ~ I would like to add a side note that do to my position in the Navy my active times during the week are between 10 to 1445 and then around 03 to 05 pacific time, however my weekend show times will be all day for the most part unless I have watch or IRL commitments.
