Civilian for VIP

Suggestion: allow for VIP’s to roam on civilian without an admin over watch like on MRP (before it was removed this idea was in the suggestions) having it so the VIP’s just play on a civilian model will help promote RP throughout the server. You can start passive RP, wander, explore, get kidnapped by the event jobs, it could open up more opportunities to do stuff. 

Implementation: make it so that VIP’s can become civilians without going through encounter protocol.

Lore: there were civilians on planets.

Just because the war made it's way to this planet doesn't mean it's not inhabited... literally 90% of the planets we see in the Clone Wars have locals... Anaxes was a prominent planet within the Republic housing the GAR's largest shipyards meaning shitloads of workers either Droid, Human, or Alien. They'd probably have families and such. Hell we could see some of these people starting a small militia like we saw on Onderon. 

There are 100% civilians on Anaxes though there would be no way they'd be allowed to just stroll around on Military property unless seeking refuge from the CIS for a little bit. All in all I think this is a cool idea but I also feel like it would be abused without any staff presence. 

-1 unless some serious strict rules were set in place so that people aren't running around screaming and resisting the Clones by jumping all over the place before they get RDM'd by a CT PVT.

+1 but make it so they can only rp in the village and a small perimeter around it. Keep them isolated to that area.

To answer Dennis, take a look in the Middle when ISIS was at large, civilians still lived in their houses and were under occupation from ISIS because they couldn’t leave/didn’t have anywhere to go. 

to answer Marvel, I’m not saying we need to let them into the base or into outposts willy nilly. Provided they have an actual RP motive they will bet granted or denied access. Also the trust between staff and the player base is so thin it hurts. If you pay 25$ to be VIP you are still treated as a normal player and can be banned as such. VIP’s know this and are less likely to failrp or abuse it. If they do abuse it then it’s easy to arrest, blacklist, or ban them. If there isn’t any trust between staff and player base then the player base will start to resent the staff. I’m also just submitting the idea to this, i can add some rules if you wish but I was thinking that would be left to active staff as rules may have changed since I have been gone.

I highly agree with marvel on this, there will be people running around like maniacs and being stupid, as well the only entertainment for a civi will be during events (which they could fuck them over quite easily) and going into the base to interact with clones. personally i don't know many people that would have entertainment from just walking around the landscape of the map on downtime.

-1 war torn planet. Also  in cannon there are no natural inhabitants of the planet.

Perhaps think of things like supply runners or something of the sort

On a non-civi populated world. 
On a Republic enforced military base.
Not to mention the civi having to go through a blockade.

if it can be regulated and be given to "trusted" people it can be an interesting idea. it can generate rp and take a load off GMs/GHs. GMs/GHs should talk to the civs to incorporate into events/encounters.
