His spirit returns and has found more sith. They need to "chant" or do a ritual to reach there full potential. There Ritual requires the sacrifice of 3 life forms. They make up some story to tempt people to sacrifice. If they succeed they will realize full force on the clones and Jedi if not, they will still attack but the attack will be easier.
