How good are your Communication and Leadership Skills?: 8. i study event management so i interact with people a lot and i have to lead people in projects and work alike. so i am pretty confident in my communication skill. I also believe my leadership skill is up to par with the standards making events require as i need constant supervision of a small or sometimes a large team of helpers or other game masters.

Event Name: Petty Arguments

The event starts off with the current highest commander in the base receiving a communication message from High Command to settle a dispute between 2 research groups over a sith relic that dates back to the old republic era.

The two groups know that the relic is of sith origin due to the site of where it was found, but they do not know what it does or what it can do. The two groups used to be one but split into two after there was a dispute regarding what should be done with the relic.One group wishes to dispose of the relic, destroy it before news of it reaches the ears of any mercs looking to make quick cash. The other group wishes to find out what kind of powers the relic contains and wishes to find a group that knows how to unlock the relic.

So start of the event, the two groups starts bickering in open unrestricted comms and their escort lands them at the base. due to the two groups constant bickering. high command has decided to hold custody of the relic first and hold a debate session at the endor outpost due to the majority of the battalions stationed there. The researchers are to be treated like guests in the base. Each battalion is able to send one representative into the meeting room for the debate. CG will then setup a checkpoint in and out the door, afterwards passive RP will begin

This situation can now go in many different ways but i will list the notable ones.

 

1. Debate gets too heated up and the two groups draw guns at each other and shoot at each other.

2. Roleplay is good in the debate and either group backs down from the debate.

3. Jedi deems the relic is too dangerous to be kept for research and confiscates to safeguard it instead

4. High Command finds this is a complete waste of time and confiscates the relic.

with many ways of going about this, this leads to the next part of the event.

Path 1 will lead to the relic activating in the presence of blood, causing it to glow and shake. Mysterious enemies (Antlions or HL Zombies) are attracted to the relic, causing it to attack the ship. The End result will be the relic is destroyed or somehow the surviving group's researcher deactivates it (the relic deactivates if force is infused into it)

Path 2 will result in the either groups performing their main objectives of their groups. they will understand their mistakes and try to make peace with each other. but things go awry when a private military group attacks the base attempting to steal the relic. Event ends when all mercs are repelled or merc steals the relic and escapes leading to a part 2

Path 3 and 4 will lead to this.if jedi or High Command confiscates the relic, the researchers will be angry and leave the ship. a few moments later the black sun strikes, with the sole objective of the relic. because they been tracking the relic because it seems expensive and would sell for a pretty sum so Black Sun Lieutenant Altair attacks wanting to win favour with his bosses.
