Name: Rocksteady

Who helped (If applicable): loopy elijah, tingus

Event Name:the backers is back for the final time

Summary of the story: the unkown backer bit off far more than he could chew as he led an all out assault on the endor base,  this backfired as it galvanized the troops into hunting him down and ruining his well though out plans, the clones stormed his base, destroyed his research, captured him and gained a key piece of intel, that a sith was responsible for this, he was then killed by one of his experiments. the republic then killed all of the sith that aided the republic on the deployment

What was the result of the event?: republic win?

Was this more of a role play oriented or "shoot em up" oriented event: shoot em up

maybe pay attention to the mission briefing

It wasn't just about those whole troopers moving away from the objective thing. I wasn't there for that, but I heard about it. There were also many other problems with the event that makes it lower tier in my opinion.

1/10 wtf, I don’t know how long it was but it just felt like a droid sim and that was it

Around 3-4/10.

The event was enjoyable, mostly by way of the interactions between other troopers and roleplay. The event itself didn't give much in terms of actual interaction with event jobs and other event areas. I feel that this, in turn, caused a significant lack of immersion towards the roleplay. As stated by some of the other replies;

It really did just feel like a droid simulation. We were shooting targets, securing locations and not really doing anything else. There was no real "twist" to catch our interest. It was fun, but perhaps a bit more work needs to be put into further events planning-wise. Try to figure out what battalions will do during the event, and how you can give them things to do throughout it.
