I made sure all of our medics had a good training regime and always looked to improve myself. so they would have something to go up too. So they could see someone who came from Private all the way to captain through hard work and dedication. Rancor WO Hammer Under Tofu, I went from private and worked my ass off to move up the chain of command. Through keeping the number of people in the battalion growing and constantly trying to show leadership skills as best I could through sims training’s and events as many and as often as I could. 91st LS lead/commander After leaving Rancor I went on a Gmod break of a year I came back with a new drive to come back and have some fun. After a week or two, I got right back into the swing of things and got back to the old two-step. After giving up my arc to save a dying regiment. I slowly started to get respect and helped keep this battalion of the ropes as best I could. Slowly I earned the rank of commander after that. Why Should you become a Battalion Commander?: I feel I can get the squad going down the right path. Do you understand the lore of your squad?: yes I have studied up on the lore. Availability: on discord 90% of the time However with my current work regime I don't have a set availability for gmod or ts I try to log roughly forty odd hours a week.
