This super annoying when your only battalion members are at Bravo or Alpha and you aren't allowed to leave to actually RP. If not BO online Captain+ can grant permission to leave the base (Cannot grant your own PTL) If no Captain+ online Shock can grant PTL (If you deny a PTL you must provide a reason or else your denial will be invalid) If you are constantly dying no one wants to babysit the door so you can keep running out to die so your PTLs will most likely be denied. There's no rule about a number of people only a valid rp reason

This is for people who spawn in and there batt is some where that isnt the base so they can actually play with their battalion
