Allow /job for Event Server/Jobs.

Suggestion: Allow /jobs to be enabled for Event Server & Event Jobs IF whitelisted.

Implementation: Configuration of the script thats already within.

Reason I suggest this is it adds more immersion to the Event Server & any Jobs that require it. We have certain jobs such as Death Watch which have Mando' armour, but not all Clans are Death Watch. With /job enabled, you can type /job "Hunta Clan" for example and the job name shows up as "Hunta Clan" as opposed to Death Watch.
This can go for Citizen models that are being used as Placeholders, such as "Citizen renamed to /job Moisture Farmer".
Whilst it's not necessary, it can show a bit of a difference between the models/jobs being utilised.
